Hello,Complaint Regarding Incorrect Spare Part

Hello,

Unfortunately, the spare part I purchased does not match the original part, even though it carries the same original spare part number. Due to the difference in its design, it cannot be installed or used on my vehicle.

I also submitted a warranty/return claim, but it was not approved. Unfortunately, I found the claim submission process quite complicated, so it is possible that I did not complete it correctly. However, the main issue remains that the part I received is not compatible with my car despite the matching original part number.

At the moment, I am very disappointed with this situation. I would appreciate it if you could review my case again and advise on a suitable solution, such as a return, replacement with the correct part, or a refund.
