Never ever buy there anything. They sell only broken parts. Eaven if it says its new/restored with warranty, it will broke down and they wont fix it.

Excellent, this was the first time i have used RRR.LT and will use again in the future, the price was good, the shipping cost was a little high but not too bad, the packing quality of the item was fantastic and the part was in great condition for a used part, very happy with my purchase.

On July 13, 2026, I purchased a side mirror for my car from Ovoko/RRR.LT. When the item arrived, I was not satisfied with it and requested a return immediately on the same day.

However, the seller did not accept the return and rejected it for other reasons. I then contacted Ovoko customer service. My account showed that the case was “Under Review,” and the return/refund process was paused. I was explicitly told:

“Our customer service team is reviewing the case. You do not need to do anything for now. We will keep you updated.”

I relied on this instruction and waited. About 14 days later, I was suddenly informed that the deadline for returning the item had passed.

I cannot understand this decision. I requested the return immediately and then followed Ovoko’s explicit instructions to wait. Now, the fact that I waited as instructed is being used against me as a missed return deadline.

Even after I contacted customer service and pointed out this contradiction, I received no concrete solution. Instead, I was simply told that my questions had already been answered in previous emails.

I can provide screenshots and emails documenting the entire process. I expected Ovoko to review my case fairly and offer a reasonable solution, rather than rejecting my return because of a deadline when I had initiated the return on time and followed the instructions given by their own customer service team.

Ovoko/RRR claim to 1 year warranty on the website, but when you return the broken items customer service say:

"Please note that Ovoko does not provide a one-year return warranty."

Careful, you wont get money back if your part is broken, I recommend taking legal action to get it back, it should help to get them to change eventually or be shut down.

If youre going to respond with the excuese that I send back the items in two packages within a month; The seller has all the parts back he sold me, thats what matters. Give me the refund of 280 euro back.

Fast delivary and if needed fast returns. Good service. I suggest.

No help w a faulty product

I ordered a tank fuel cap lock, it was exactly the color and the one I wanted. everything went well with the delivery and within a week I had al the parts. great website. order from Sweden to the Netherlands. great experience overall.

Bought set of headlights. They arrived damaged. Later it was detectable from the advertisement photos that they were damaged yet while seller made the photos.
Sent them back, the seller says that headlights damaged, rrr decided that it is my fault and that they dont refund me.
Mostly AI answers, when trying to contact them. Nobody to get support.

Received wrong parts, had issues with receiving parts that had to be scrapped as they don't work. No replacements, no refunding, even no proper answers. Tried even to contact Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Office. So be careful when buying from rrr.lt and be ready that You will receive wrong parts, damaged (not working) parts and will have to keep them. This is lottery.

I ordered a car door, I was careful to verify in advance by email that the door was undamaged and not marks or dents.

Much to my surprise the door was damaged in 4 locations and it was obvious that the damage was there before shipping (as the packaging was fairly good)

RRR insist that you use their return portal, but this is ridiculously awkward to find and use. Very dissatisfied overall.

No custommer service , only AI . No human contact . Sending dissapeared . No one knows were is the part and when will be delivered. Tracking info doesnt work . Stay away of this site ,if you dont want a problems .

Worst first and last time shopping experience I ever had, I ordered my part on 17 July -2026 and I haven’t receive it at all, the shipping company they used are telling me that I need to contact the sender, RRR Ovoko is telling me to contact shipping company, the trace of my parcel has no updates , I asked for a refund but no response from RRR Ovoko , unprofessional service and actually NO SERVICE AT ALL

the ordered item came in perfect condition and even earlier than expected

I ordered a spare wiper motor for my tesla during our vacation trip more than 1000 km from home. I found a seller in the same country who had a motor in stock since tesla could not support my fast enough. The part came the next day and I replaced it myself. Great platform and I will use it again next time I need a spare part.
