Everything from the response time for quotes,to customer service was great. All questions were answered without a problem and with a good attitude. Payment was a little later then expected, but overall very happy with rrcats.

Would give zero stars if it would let me. Attempted 3 different cats. All pictures and photos as required. All 3 said no value. Took them to a local recycle and yes 1 was only partially there but still got some money. Other 2 were perfect deletes. Again said no value. Not the right precious metals. So local recycle people got me 275 for both. I guess they only want high dollar perfect cats that they can give you pennies for compared to local. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS. SELL YOUR CATS TO YOUR LOCAL RECYCLE PEOPLE!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Great choice for Catalytic Converter Recycling!
RRCats was quick to respond to my inquiry and to process my transaction. The PayPal payment was processed shortly after they received my converters. It's a relatively easy process when you consider their responsibility to confirm that they're not purchasing illegally-acquired converters. I recommend!

Easier than going to a local recycler
Selling my cats to RRCats was less hassle than previous experiences I have had with local recyclers, even when considering that I had to pack and ship the cats. It was easy to get a quote via text message, and RRCats provides the shipping label so the quoted amount is exactly what I received (no shipping cost deducted).
A local recycler wouldn't accept my cats unless I first cut off excess metal to trim it down to just the portion containing the catalyst, and then I had to return several days later to pick up a check. RRCats accepted the entire part as-is, and sent payment via PayPal the same day that they received my package.

Typical scam artist what a joke
Just completely stupid what a was sent a Pic of my title and the vehical in my drive way they have done said 3 hours for a quote never heard nothing then a 4 hour quote then said I needed to send the pics again so after sending the same pics 11 times and still no quote this is NOT how you run a business and should be charged with false advertising I explained my vehical is equipped with 4 cats 2 up stream and 2 down stream the wannabe business man said to cut them off and take pics which is now illegal for me to do in my state because the lowlife living abortion methhead have won the war on scrapping and Recycling and these corporations are to stupid to fight back so they just ban it all 2 weeks later still sending the same messages wanting pics of me cutting my cats off so I can be charged as a criminal don't fall for this scam artist rrcats is a scam artists company there is a guy in West va that will buy them flat out with just the title of the vehical and it's all legal this shit from rr rats is not never agin screw rr rats what a waste

Sent my BMW cats and put the info down as if I sent 1 cat instead of a pair. Got quoted 90 for what I thought was for both. Got my check for 180. Genuinely overlooked this mistake and glad they sent proper amount without me saying anything. Good pricing as well. 10/10
