Haven't gotten the product yet but had a hiccup in the ordering process and was able to reach out and get a response very quickly and get everything resolved. I'm very happy so far!

I made an unfortunate mistake of getting too excited and not reading the product description properly. I brought this without reading it was a digital or printed version of a D and D adventure! I contacted customer service explaining that I can't use the product and wanted a refund, and the customer service team was brilliant and hasty in their response. Understanding what this team does and what TRUE fans of D and D they are, the love is there...I just missed what the product was, I recommend them if you want a loving date night for a couple of D and D enthusiasts or fresh players!

I ordered a date night bundle which was very reasonably priced and it arrived immediately. Everything arrived correctly and I had all the necessary files however there was an issue and I couldn’t download it. I sent an email asking for assistance with this and within 20 minutes I had been emailed back and they had sent a solution which worked perfectly. Amazing company fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Products are super useful and appreciated ! There was a good promotion which made them affordable for me. The only thing is that I struggled a lot to download and use everything at first but the team was super helpful and friendly. They helped me and now I can create amazing maps !

This is a digital download the advert is very misleading. Very disappointing! Ive brought numerous murder mystery games and thought naively that this would be the same.

We purchased the three adventures for couples. We've been D&D players for about 25 years, so we're quite demanding. The material is really well-made, rich, and offers a wide range of customization options, such as character sheets. We've started one of the adventures and it's proving to be very enjoyable, with accurate descriptions and great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I was unsure at first. I thought it was a scam. I tried to download my purchase and it would not work. It was a user issue and the products seem good thus far. I am going to print and laminate them before playing.
I did contact customer service but in the end I did not need them. They did respond and I felt like I was supported.

Ordered the Date Bundle, but wasn't able to get to the content. Reached out to the team for help, and they were very quick to get back to me and clear things up. Super helpful and nice, and now I've got my great content to try out!

Hade a very pleasant experience after getting a but confused where to find my product reached out as was assisted but a very helpful woman call Rachel who straightened things out for me, one of the nices costomer service i have ever experienced.

I've bought the brush-bundle and the rpg-masterclass course during the Christmas sale 2025. I am very satisfied and pleased with the material. The only one downside why I did not give full five stars is the fact that they show and use brushes in the video that were not part of the deal. That was a bit unfortunate. Everything else was top notch and I would buy it again. The brushes themselves are noticably handcrafted and well-made.

As a DM and world builder this toolkit of brushes has leveled up my ability to make maps and content.

I had a problem with my purchase, but when I made a comment about it online the support team co tacked me right away and made it right. I am super excited to introduce my wife to this, and kinda excited I can play after all these years. Great company, smart concept

Do not buy the couple D&D stories!!!
EVERYONE DO NOT BUY THE COUPLE D&D. It's 100% a AI created story, it's that bad. It's absolutely not good at all. On their vids they show plastic cards etc, but its a digital purchase. You have to print it out yourself or work on a tablet. It also says it's beginner friendly, that's a big lie! You do need to prepare a lot, do not buy!!!!

And the best part of it all. If you say this underneath their posts, they just delete all negative comments. Laughable.
