Excellent service. My TV came from Amazon, having ordered Tuesday evening it arrived at 07.30 Friday morning. Had a phone call Thursday afternoon giving 4 hour window for Friday morning and another call Friday 10 minutes before they arrived. TV delivered undamaged by 2 friendly guys. Would recommend.

This company is trash, compleate time wasters!!!

Dreadful company - as mentioned below. Completely useless - kept cancelling deliveries never called back nor updated. I had each person saying different delivery date + x3 failed ARRANGED delivery , Never been so upset with service. Don't use them !!!! AS they said at the beginning - they are small company and takes a bit longer to deliver. But then instead just to keep costumers they keep fooling around promising WRONG DATES!!!!!
Had to cancel - seller notified - lesion learned !

Shocking service. They are unable to deliver 1 TV for a 8 days. Amazon shouldn't use this extremely poor company. Avoid

After waiting for a few days they suddenly tell me they can't deliver it and refunded me.

Item came a day later than expected. However, after I called them they reassured me it would arrive within the week, I received a text the following day giving me a four hour time window and a very polite driver called me when he was on route. Besides the day late, this was a good service.

Don't deliver on the day they say they will. Avoid.

HOW can Groupon use a company as poor as this. Waited in all day no delivery. When I did get to speak to someone I was fed lies. Groupon might offer some great deals and the TV I was waiting for was £300 cheaper than anywhere I cannot waste one day let alone anymore waiting for someone not to turn up!!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!
Placed order on 27th Sept - in email it suggested we’d be notified when goods would be despatched. No notification received, delivery attempted on 30th Sept.
Contacted courier on 2nd Oct to reschedule. Advised would be delivered on Wednesday (4th) and we would be notified of slot. No notification received, took time off work to wait for parcel. 4pm still no parcel, rang courier who advised ‘van issue’ and parcel would be delivered on Saturday (7th).
Waited in on 7th (today) and no parcel arrived!!!! Absolute Joke!!!!!!

I cannot praise enough, right from receiving an text message to email and then following up with telephone pre delivery and extremley friendly and courteous drivers...they took my washing machine where it needed to.

Please don't buy from this company if you don't want to have nightmares. We ordered washer dryer and got a message saying the delivery was arranged for 2nd of September 10 till 3pm, nobody appeared, nobody called and there was no chance to get through the provided contact number, the line was cut saying that everyone was busy. After sent email and no answer, we finally man to reach delivery department. I got no explanation of what happened, just rude answer that washer dryer will be delivered on Wednesday. (5 days later than the announced delivery date), the same time my son got an information that the washer will be delivered on Saturday and couple of hours later my partner got information that it will be on Friday. ..ridiculous and no trustworthy at all. The mistakes can happen, everybody can understand but in this case there was no apology and no respect to the customer whatsoever.

If you want your television delivering on time, don't not use this company. they are next to useless and all their blurb on their website is untrue. They do not EVER answer the phone or get back to you on email. Just an awful experience. Beware
