Whatever you do. Do not let this person introduce you to “alternative” investments. We follow advise to invest our life savings in Godwin Capital 8, then Woodville and then Eightclouds. Before that we had our savings “managed” by RL360. The two first are in administration. The third has delayed repayment of interest and principal. RL360 delivered paltry returns. Roy undertook a financial review for me for a fixed fee. His approach has been a breath of fresh air. I have been impressed.

Roy is patient affable and very pleasant to deal with. He is also very knowledgeable, he provided deeply researched analysis to support his recommendations which was all presented with simplicity and clarity making it very easy to understand and provided a model portfolio.

I have dealt with many wealth managers during my 17 years in UAE. I would say that most are not to be trusted as they work on commissions and their only real interest is maximizing those commissions and do not consider how they can create the best returns for their clients. Roy is the notable exception to this unhappy experience. Roy has provided fantastic support in assisting me to liquidate my UK pension in the fastest possible time and has not taken any fees or commissions for this support. Roy is also very knowledgeable regarding alternative forms of investment and has done extensive original research into the performance of different types of funds. As a result, he is the only Wealth Manager in UAE (whom I know of) whom I would unreservedly recommend.
