Purchased 12v 100amp Lipo battery for…
Purchased 12v 100amp Lipo battery for RV use. Came well packed and battery took full charge. BT app is very nice but instructions were only found in Amazon page, no info in the box. App does have pages only in Chinese but main data page is in English. Battery looks well built. Looking forward to test it out shortly in first RV trip.

Wrong item received
Ordered one battery; received a different one. Have not been able to reach appropriate person to get the battery we paid for and return the one we do not need. Frustrated to say the least.

Battery dead on arrival tested 3V - replacement battery is good
Battery arrived new in box but tested at 3v. Battery is DOA.
I reached out to roypow support and they asked for details and photos of the situation. I provided these and they sent a replacement battery. I tested the voltage before removing it from the box and it tested good at 13v.
I still haven't received my return shipping label, and when I do I will send back the dead battery.
