It took almost a month for delivery also 3 shirts was ordered and only 2 was sent. This was a very bad experience.

Ordered two hats which were never shipped and never received. No refund.Shipping costs were added on. 100% fraud.

I have found nearly all these items on Aliexpress for about 1/3 the price. I have bought many items from Ali and as long as you use the size guides on each item properly, 95% of everything I bought has fit properly. I think Royaura is just reselling items off this website.

ordered two mustard Large shirts and received two small shirts . I will never buy from Royaura again
and when people who like the shirts , I will tell them
you can't trust to get the size you ordered .

I ordered all my shirts the same size, but the size VARIES ALL OVER THE PLACE. 1shirt i cant even get on, the next one fits like a dress!

Ordered a XXL shirt on 8/13/2021. Arrived on 9/1/2021. Shirt was way to small. Sent email same day for return instructions or refund if size not available. Second email sent eight days later on 9/9/2021. Still waiting for instructions, it is now 9/16/2021. Over one month and still not a happy customer. Going to more social media soon to announce my situation and very poor service from this company.

Please stay away from these Royaura crooks. They show you beautiful products on the internet; what you receive is garbage when you buy them. Do not be fooled. Report these scams to the Consumer Affairs Department in your state.

Ordered four men's shirts XL. Waited over 3 weeks.
When they showed up, two fit but other two EXTREMELY small and would probably fit a 10 year old. Actually one looked like a girls size blouse and did not even had a size inside. Sending back costs as much as shirts are worth. Poor company. Will never buy again and would advise anyone else to STAY AWAY

I have been waiting on my merchandise for three weeks, and still waiting. Royaura doesn't seem to care about customer service or refunding its customers. I will NEVER buy from them again!!!

I bought an iPhone case and screen protector and was so surprised by the quality of the products. They are so cheap but still great. The screen protector was especially good. It was easy to buy them and they arrived pretty quickly. Great website will use again.
