What an absolute dump of a place, we had booked from the 1st October to the 8th 2025, we arrived late on the 1st got checked in and went to the restaurant, the place is very run down and the food wasn’t edible, we got to our room which was supposed to be a superior sea view room, it looked like a room from the 70s mould all in the bathroom, the next morning at breakfast nothing had improved, we saw the love holiday rep who said we might be able to change our room after lunch, so went to get some beach towels which were disgusting and nothing but threads, decision made we booked a different hotel, saw the rep and told him, he was so rude and unhelpful asked if we could get our private transfer to pick us up on the 8th at the new hotel, he said he would sort it and phone me the day before, guess what we are home now and still waiting for the call, please save your money and don’t ever stay at this dump, and don’t use Love Holidays not trustworthy.

I stayed at Royal Star Beach hotel second time at December 24 & really enjoyed the hospitality & friendliness of their staff. A special Thank u goes to Maysara at bar whom was approachable with smile & very helpful when it's came down to choice of cocktails.
