Absolutely no communication after emailing a half dozen times. Tried to return/exchange 4 filters. Had to dispute through my bank. Very unprofessional.

Today we must be diligent and suspicious when ordering on line. This is a good example. Royal Purple "direct" comes up first when you google the name. Direct is not the company. Royal Purple.com is.
The direct "look alike" will not answer their phone. Will not reply to email. had to use my CC dispute to get a refund. When I followed their return instructions and paid for the UPS shipping back to them. The the order came back with UPS saying they had moved. Simply wanted a refund or exchange for filters that would not fit. Stay away. Go to the .com company
