Charging for food without delivery or response
I ordered food via their website and waited for over an hour. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. Then I checked through the JustEat app and realized they were closed — yet my order went through, and I was charged. I have sent two emails requesting a refund but have received no response to date.
I used to be a regular customer, but I will never order from them again. Be careful when ordering directly from their website: they accept and charge for orders even when they are closed, and you don’t receive your food!
