Τhe worst experience. I saw a hair iron on the internet for 749, so I go to buy it from the store and it had a different price, 799, I then ask the saleswoman and she says on the website some things are cheaper.( first time i saw this ,with no worning)So we continue.. does this her cost 799?? yes she says. I think about it a bit and say ok for 50 kr.i will get it. I go to the register to pay at the same saleswoman and she says 999!!! What??? Then she said it's a special edition but 5 minutes ago she said it cost 799. I'm very upset. Let me tell you, I'll get it from the website. I do it and choose click and collect. This is the first time I see this service taking so long, so after hours i call to ask what happen with my order. Send me the order number so I can see it.They said. I do it and she replies, I'll look into it. She never answered!!! The other day at noon my husband went to ask if the order was ready, It was and he took it and after half hours I received an SMS saying that it was ready for me to go pick it up. The whole experience was bad.

Update: I got a call from the shop, and apparently my email got lost, and there was some mistake on the warehouse side (at least, that's how i understood it). After re-sending the email, they received and checked it. Today I got a package with a new hairbrush, so everything is good. To be fair, it's more like 4 stars of overall experience. But to be completely fair, if initially everything was good, I probably wouldn't put a review here :) So 5 stars for good customer experience!

Original: The delivery was fast indeed, but the hairbrush I received was visibly used and dirty. Happens, but their customer service is not answering my emails.

Purchased the recently released Olaplex Dry Shampoo, as this was the only company in Denmark who are currently stocking it. Ordered in the morning, and it was delivered the following day! They also sent a high quality cloth bag in the parcel which has already come in very handy. I'd definitely recommend them, and will purchase more products in the future.

I buy my favourite shampoo and conditioner (Björk) from Royal hair and i am both satisfied by the result and the price. I get to love my curly hair again.
I also recently bought a ghd hairdryer with fair price which i highly recommend it to everyone in need of a professional hair dryer both for curls and straight hair types.
You always will get the professional help you need about your hair from the personals in this store.
