First of all, I want to thank the clinic staff, who communicated consistently throughout the process. Although I was initially unsure about the quality at a lower price, I chose to take the risk and trust my gut feeling. I was accommodated at the Golden Tulip Hotel, which was definitely worth the price I paid. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was met by a driver who took me to the hotel (I was clearly informed about the meeting point). Before the procedure, we discussed that in my situation, it would be necessary to additionally use hair from the chest area, which would cost an additional 250 euros. Naturally, it was understood that this would require additional payment due to longer work, and of course - the best result for myself.(but we had agreement for 5000 grafts, they put 4820, and I sill payed extra money with no logic) although- After the transplant, I was taken back to the hotel, and the next morning the driver took me to the clinic. During this visit, I had my first hair wash and after that, the kind consultant gave me additional information about further hair care (before arriving in Turkey, I was offered additional care products to take care of my hair for 6 months) with a lower price than I was looking for on the market, and of course I agreed, because we have to realize that everything from now on depends only on us. after visit the driver took me to the airport and I returned to my home country with a positive attitude. Next day after returning back home, I got extra information about hair care, and they informed me, that after 10 days they will contact me to remember my steps. I had funny, young and really professional transplantation team.

I had the hair transplant at the Royal Hair Clinic. The medical staff was excellent and the nurses very careful. the organization was perfect in every aspect.

I am writing to formally share my experience and raise concerns regarding my recent hair transplant procedure, which took place on 1st October at your clinic in Istanbul. While certain aspects of the service were satisfactory, several issues arose before, during, and after the procedure that have left me disappointed with the overall experience.

Upon my arrival at Istanbul Airport, there were no clear instructions or signs indicating how to meet the driver arranged to transport me to the hotel. I had to reach out personally before a video was sent to guide me. I would like to commend the driver, who was courteous and very helpful throughout the transfer process.

The accommodation provided as part of the package was at Golden Way Hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the expected standard. My first room had a very stuffy odour, prompting me to request a change. Although this was arranged quickly, the second room contained mosquitoes. Additionally, I discovered that the air conditioning had been switched off, and when I enquired at reception, I was informed that it was turned off for no specific reason. The breakfast offered was also below standard and not as advertised.

On the day of my surgery, 1st October, the driver arrived on time to take me to the clinic. I was met by Umaema, the English translator, who explained the process thoroughly and provided helpful assistance throughout the day. However, the discussion regarding sedation felt more like a sales tactic rather than a medical recommendation, which made me uncomfortable.

The technician who drew my hairline made two attempts before we reached an agreement on the final design. Unfortunately, after the donor area was harvested, the initial markings were wiped off. I must acknowledge that the surgical team responsible for harvesting and implanting was professional, kind, and attentive, and they ensured I was given food during the lengthy procedure, which lasted nearly eight hours.

However, when the technician returned to redraw the hairline, I was in significant pain and exhaustion, making it difficult for me to verify if the new hairline matched what we had initially agreed upon. After the procedure, the driver kindly waited for me to have dinner before taking me back to the hotel.

In the days following the procedure, I noticed that my hairline did not align with the agreed design. When I raised this concern, I was told the swelling would subside and that the hairline would settle into its proper position. It has now been almost two weeks, and the hairline remains noticeably different from the initial plan. Despite communicating my dissatisfaction, I have received unclear and evasive responses, with no acceptance of responsibility or meaningful resolution offered.

I am hopeful that, as healing progresses over the next several months (estimated 8–9 months for the donor area recovery), the outcome may improve. However, I believe it is important to document and address these concerns now to ensure better communication, transparency, and accountability for future clients.

Rezarta still checks up on me after the operation to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
The hospital provided me with the best care possible. There where no hidden costs.

I can’t thank the team enough for what they have done for me. The hospitality was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way. They were very transparent about the process, which gave me peace of mind. Now, eight months later, I have thick and healthy hair growth. I would do it all over again without hesitation.

i had 2 times hair transplant and rhynoplasty in istanbul in 3 different hospital .
and i was chatting with 50 different presenter on whatsapp roughly .
most of them not all them, they dont really care about you, they just want money, sweet talk before they get your money, once the money in thier hand they dont care, to reach them after you come back to you home town extremly impossible!!!!!!!
i was trapped with the price so cheap, services mostly not professional,
i dont even know who is really the doctor,only rhynosplasty doctor i know. nobody intruduce you themself. only presenter on the day arriving. after precedure thin chance to see him again. my 2 times i was in the airport for 2 hours waiting them, end up i got a cab to city istanbul.the hair transplant assitant to young of experience to plant your hair. and lazy no patient to plant your hair individually. not all mostly.end up your hair result not the wau you expected. some cases the donor fell of the next day.

I've undergone hair transplant treatment with Royal Hair Istanbul, and my experience with this clinic is very bad. As I have completed 6 months of my treatment and haven't seen any progress or any good result, the situation is the same as before.

The consultant name Rezarta, said to me that if the treatment didn't work, then they would reimburse my money. However, she is not replying to the message.

Royal Hair Istanbul wasted my money, time, and health.

I request that people who are planning to do a hair transplant. Kindly do the hair transplant in your home country, as there is a language problem in Turkey. Once you've done the treatment in Turkey then you can't approach them.

They are using AI videos to attract customers. But in reality, the result is zero.
