I could not login to royalgames from my IP address. Could not contact them from my IP address. Tried to make contact through king.com but no response save the automated one.

Customer service is pointless, presume they are not UK based as English is terrible.

Royalgames boasts a vast amount of games and jackpots to be won, it also boasts a friendly community Yes, I know there have been no new games in a long while but they have no game developers at present. Yes, sometimes you have the odd vile human being attacking innocent players as such but most times it is great. People are nice and you can have a real good interaction with most people. If you want to win money best bet is to do jackpot tournaments, stick to games you are familiar with and practice at ones your not so, there are many references to improving your scores on their games like you tube, the game rules etc

Customers service can sometimes be ineligible but this is however down to staff shortages or cuts

Most will reply to you via your support query or email address. In many cases, they are quite reasonable, and always bear in mind their decisions are at their discretion should they believe you didn't intentionally cheat or so to speak. On the other hand, if you have heavilly committed a sin and they have firm belief you have broken their rules especially in terms of multiple account, you will unfortunately be in for a hard time! do not proceed legal action, its likely to cost you rather than gain. If you have a strong case and their suspicions are not full nailed on, you may battle their decision but as I say before, they are likely to cooperate in this case because it wouldn't be in their interest as a business to incur unnecessary charges

I have been a member for many years and must say I have enjoyed and still do the games on this site. Unfortunately as I have experienced in the past, when you improve at a certain game they just up your ranking, then eventually more or less make it impossible to win anymore. Ultimately making you feel, to stop playing. If you were winning every day I could see the point. I am now competing with players that have over a thousand more goes and I think it's unfair

Although the games are fun to play, the website is unreliable and
customer service is worthless. Game competitions are stated as "head to head" , but are actually just score-matching through some random process they use. Though I remain a member after many years, games can be fun to play and frustrating at the same time.
If this site were better run, it would be a world-class keeper, but
as it is it cannot be recommended beyond casual indulgence.

Played here for a number of years, but lately games are constanly freezing and failing, as you move up the ranking system games are fewer and more expensive - not much fun anymore

I was quite low on funds only 90c left, went to play a 35c game and got the black screen. when I exited which is really all you can do when it happens not only does it not show I even entered that game it left me with 20c meaning it took double what the game cost to play. I would not try to withdraw from them either they ban you even if you withdraw to the same payment processor you deposited with including paypal even if you have a verified account

I've put a decent amount of money into this site. I attempted to play 2 games that never loaded, just got a black screen....

Checked my closed games, and even though I NEVER made a move, it said I scored 50K+ on each, but still lost. THE GAME NEVER LOADED. So it's obvious the score is pre determined.

I had played a for a few years and for the first time attempted to make a withdrawal, my account got blocked and they requested ID. I gave them ID and they told me my ID doesn’t match the account creator, it’s the same name, same person yet they told me not only is their “suspicion correct” they told me they’ve donated the money I’ve won and the money in my account to the free rolls ... completely unfair, avoid this site at all costs!!!

This game site is a scam. You are allowed to play non-cash and cash games freely and uninterrupted. But if you make an attempt to withdraw your winnings, you will be blocked and banned.

I received a notice after making a withdrawal, saying my account was blocked. This means you can log in, but you cannot play any games or complete tournaments that you've already entered.They asked for photo ID to be sent. I sent them my photo ID.

After a few online searches, it appears to be standard practice for RoyalGames/King to block players and demand photo ID, if they make a withdrawal.

I told them that it makes no sense to block a player from playing, simply for making a withdrawal. The next day, my account was completely banned and I could not even log in. There was no notice or reply email stating the reason.

I am assuming they are keeping my $400 withdrawal, and there is no way to resolve it because they have no physical office or contact number.

You are better off playing this site for the free games. You can burn through your money pretty quickly in the tournaments. You might advance once or twice but more often than not, you will never get very far before you are knocked out. Also their games tend to freeze A LOT - the game never loads properly and you can't play it - so you will get a score of zero and lose your place. When you look at the account statement it says "Something went wrong, contact Customer Support" but when you do they say they can't see anything wrong on their side and you are out your tournament entry money. They will give you all kinds of excuses - your internet connection is bad, you didn't start the game in enough time - in the end they keep your money and you are out.

Have been a member of their Gold player site for some years. I requested a withdrawal of just £20 of my winnings over a week ago and received the email saying my winnings would be paid into PayPal. Then last Friday my account was blocked. This is the first time I had attempted to withdraw. Of course I messaged to ask why and was told I would need to provide Photo ID in order to authorise the payment and to unblock my account. I answered that as a pensioner I have no photo ID (no passport and no driving licence) and nowhere in their T & Cs does it state a photo! I just received a stock response time and time again. Why if they had my PayPal details, email, name etc do they need photo ID - they have no idea what I look like! This leaves people open to identity theft. I feel cheated and also find it very odd that there is no way to contact them direct - either Royal Games or their parent company. I did try - their contact forms just send you back to a games site.

I have messaged Royal numerous times but it appears they are just going to ignore me. I have asked politely if they will accept another form of ID as I simply cannot afford to obtain a passport (I have no travel plans) nor do I drive. I am disabled and this rules me out of both the aforementioned.

I am angry and very disappointed that an organisation of this size does not bother to either respond accordingly or apply some common sense.
