Awful experience with this company

After recently signing up, I had a win but this wasn’t applied to my account. I provided full evidence as requested including a photo of the win, but the company (after much chasing) advised that their investigation showed no win, that was the limit of their explanation! I then referred them to the details I had sent previously which clearly showed a win, that was on the 12th March and I have heard nothing since and my account has been blocked. I therefore have no access to my current balance.

I can only assume from my experience that this is a fraudulent site and would advise others to steer clear and not waste your money.

Right don't know where to start waiting 6 days for verification my account they keep asking for some weird things like

We want to inform you that your proof of address document has been successfully verified.The relevant department is requesting from you to resubmit your identity for verification. Please follow these instructions to ensure that the ID is accepted:

1.Take a selfie holding your ID close to your face.
2.Include your computer screen in the background.
3.Make sure you are logged into your computer account when taking the photo.

That's absolutely joke Allready then they ask for

Thank you very much for sending the selfie. The submission has been accepted by the relevant department and the verification process is moving forward. We would like to inform you that additional documents have been requested as part of your identification process. Specifically, please send us the apostilled Source of Funds/tax return. ( meaning it should be certified and stamped as an official document by the competent authority of the country where the document was issued.)

That's another suspicious thing after I send all details still my account it's not verified
