By far this hosting is the best I have…
By far this hosting is the best I have ever gone with. I recently thought It would be a great idea to purchase a VPS (with no experience at all) and they setup everything for me. They setup the pterodactyl panel, the phpmyadmin and everything.
My VPS completely corrupted and they backed up my files and reinstalled everything again. The support is really fast and friendly.
Definitely go with them if you would like to purchase a VPS. Their Cheap, have amazing support and are really friendly.

Worst host
Terrible host, down for 3 days and counting, no prior announcement, staff keeps lying about ETA pretty much an exit scam at this point.
After this incident there's been more prolonged downtime on occasion support team is completely dead, no one answers the tickets, no one responds on discord or on the live chat..
Their supposed DDoS protection is also a big joke.
They also suspended my account and refused to give back the files on my vps while still sending regular invoices, effectively creating a data ransom situation.
This isn't a hosting service it's a joke and run by criminals do not purchase!

best employees ever
Stan and Jeroen helped me a lot setting up my server even going as far as helping out in the middle of the night and before they even had time for breakfast. I'd have prefered if the support could've been explained a bit more so next time i would know how to install mods myself without bothering them but that's just my personal preference.
