This is a great company to work for, great communication and motivational staff, highly recommended!!

I have been working for this company for around 4 and Half years on and off, I remember when they had just started, they were Royal Healthcare then! It has been a pleasure to watch it grow in to the company it is today. like all companies you will find there are ups and downs and yes there have been downs with this amazing company, and not at all at the fault of Alex or Victoria, whom are both wonderful to work for. in the Bridgend area there are both Paul and Liam with whom I have contact with for shifts, and both have been plonkers at times seemed to have pulled their boot strings up lately and are doing a great job.

This fantastic group of people are great to work for when your looking for flexible shifts and for me as a student this is great.

The only thing I wish that could change, and this is just from recent experience and seems to be on the mend, is the amount of shifts they offer to new starters to keep them, but then seem to forget about those of us who have been with them for a long time.

Just to conclude this verbal fart of a review, don't miss out working for this company, they make everyone feel valued and welcome and are easy to talk to, should any issues arise.

So I signed up one week, had an interview the week later and I'm over the moon to say not only me but my partner AS WELL start our new jobs next month. Both had a guy name Paul. Fantastic bloke. Helpful, supportive, friendly and all round top man. If anyone's looking to start a job and needs advice or support Paul's the man to go too.. If I could give him a hug I would (unfortunately covid 19!) thanks for everything 😊

Stay away, awful company! Promise you decent wages to entice you in, then 'forget' to mention different rates for different companies! End up being out of pocket!!! Raise a complaint and basically get told 'you must have got it wrong ' when no mention was made about lower money. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. :(

I have recently started with royal educare, they have been so helpful and Liam is always there to answer any questions I have! They are understanding of my availability and always try to get me work. I can’t wait to see what the future brings whilst working with them

Can't praise enough as Royal Educare is a great agency to work for. I joined following my friend's advice three months ago. They are very friendly, listen to your needs, easy to communicate and, most important, pay well. Liam is always there for you (even when out of office), and Victoria is very helpful to answer your questions. I feel happy working for this agency.

I have been speaking with Paul about a possible job vacancy. My situation is quite changeable at the moment but Paul has been so understanding, easy to talk to and also very honest and supportive. Outstanding Service. Since joining Royal Educare I have been very supported by Paul Beasley. Paul keeps regular contact is quick on updates and is on hand at any time to answer any of my questions or queries. Paul gets to know you personally and what you are looking for to find the right placement for you and your career. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to progress within my company but this has not been the case. Cannot recommend and praise this company enough.

Royal Educare are an excellent agency with trusted and well skilled staff. They are always quick to respond and has helped find cover as extremely short notice. Our temp to perm staff are outstanding and are a true reflection on how Royal Educare source their staff and provide well skilled individuals. I find Liam and Paul exceptional to correspond with and very professional.

Got nothing but good words to say about the agency. They rung me the same day as applying and had me an interview the following day. Was a very quick process and liked how Liam always kept in touch ringing me to inform me of the updates and helping me with my documents that needed to be send over. Would definitely recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for work.

Throughout the whole process Paul has been prodessional and efficient. I really appreciated the personal touch of a congratulations card when I got the job!

I have only recently registered with the agency, the process was very quick and easy and had work straight away. The agency are so lovely and very understanding of other commitments such as work and family and will always find work around those commitments. The pay is good and always lots of different opportunities.

In my experience previously with agencies have not been great either and I was definitely apprehensive to join however they are very convenient friendly helpful and they get the job done! , Liam as been fantastic to liase and work with and is very understanding even with these difficult times that I have a family and other commitments and as long as your upfront with them they will try they're hardest to help work with you.

No complaints pay is good and is paid on time!

I would recommend anyone who has a tough work/family balance and wants to have a better one too join up!

I recently joined the care agency and they are brilliant. Great staff, great atmosphere and work ethic

I have recently started working for Royal Educare and am absolutely loving it already. Paul in particular has been at the end of the phone/email every time I have needed him, friendly, professional and very helpful.
I have found in the past that agencies can be difficult to work with so I was a bit wary when starting. However, I couldn’t recommend Royal Educare enough.

I’ve been working with the agency for over a year. There has been great opportunities for shifts throughout this year. I’ve found the whole process really professional and have enjoyed working for them. Can’t wait to see what future opportunities arise.
