Helt utrolig rask levering og info hele veien. Even more impressed that this happend between ordering Des 26th and it still arrived 3 days later. Impressed.
The lamp is nice but after installing I noticed the metal top has rust and flaking paint. As it was now installed I am willing to live with it but not very impressed with quality or quality control.

You can’t help becoming a steady customer
I prefer to buy from RoyalDesign. Extensive range of high quality design products. Quick delivery. Attentive service and efficient help when you need it. I find often items unavailable on other sites or in stores, some even with better prices. When I see around my home I realize I have become a steady customer and have been shopping there for years. This time I was delighted by a super quick delivery and the fact that I found a glass lampshade for my Foscarini lamp which was hard to source.

After 12 weeks of waiting the ordered…
After 12 weeks of waiting the ordered item was not delivered as agreed but to another location. Royal Designs logistics seems to be all over the floor.

When you did the order I can see that the product was not in stock. It had a delivery time. When an product is not in stock we can never promise or guarantee an specific time it will take for the supplier to delivery it. We only get a estimated delivery date from them.
We are really sorry that the delivery was not up to your expectations. In the basket on the website you have to activate the post office you want it to come to. If you don´ t do that the delivery will come automatically to the first choice in list we have. If you did choose a specific post office we are really sorry that the transportcompany did not deliver it to the right one.
