Very content

The Grand sofa is not worth it

I bought the Grand sofa in Mole Brown in December 2021 and never has a sofa been such a job to keep clean. The dust clings to it as I’ve never experienced with any fabric before. Not only do I need to vacuum and scrape the dust out of it, the feathers are also popping out when you sit in it. I contacted the customer support 3 weeks after receiving it, making them aware of the problem and kindly asking for advice on how to maintain the sofa or if they could return it but there was absolutely no help to get. I received serval long messages with the same information and no answer nor help on my questions. I asked for a compensation, nothing. This is not a black t-shirt that got worn out after a couple of washes. It’s a main piece in our living room. I am so disappointed in royal design and there so called “everyday sofa”. Never will I ever recommend this Grand sofa or this website to anyone.

As informed, we offer 30 days right of return from when you have received the item, and there is always a possibility to return the sofa if it does not meet your expectations.

Excellent!

Proper delivery within a week (New Years in between), safely packed, best online price for the ordered goods, no „repros“, happy customer

+ not a single piece of plastic used for the packing materials-thick recycled paper instead of bubble wrap.

Massive return fee for no good reason

We have ordered a couple of chairs that did not fit our expectations (total price 170 GBP). When trying to return the items we were asked to pay 150GBP!!!!!! fee without any explanation what it is for. How is it possibly OK to do that? Shockingly bad customer experience.
