Customer service was efficient when one of the products I ordered wasn't in stock and was delaying my order.
The juice glasses I ordered were totally misrepresented in the photos on the site. They're the size of shot glasses.

In my case one of the delivered sideboards was wrong and damaged and it was a time consuming and exhausting exercise (nightmare?) to get a replacement delivery.
The first notification (incl. the documentation / photos) went lost, the second try was obviously only answered after an e-mail to the management of Royal Design in Sweden.
The user help desk is impolite and no help at all as they are neither empowered to make decisions nor do they have access to the customer data and only refer to the "back office".
The response to e-mail requests is far too slow and the questions are not answered properly (maybe due to a language barrier?).
The communication was always driven by me, i.e. absolutely no proactive approach from Royal Design.
The reference to time limited staff shortages / or temporal high workload are either wrong or nobody cares of the customer resp. reads the online critiques.
By the way, the description of the sideboard was misleading:
- Material according to Royal Design: Eiche/Oak
- Reality: particle board (best case the particles are Oak...)
Therefore my personal conclusion is crystal clear: Never ever again!

I purchased two item form the Swedish version over 2 weeks ago as a gift. However, when the parcel arrived, one item was missing.
I also paid extra for a special delivery method, but this they ignored.
This company is ridiculous and clearly they don't care about the customers at all. I do understand that the pressure during the holidays is bigger, but then EMPLOY more people and stop spamming instagram with pictures everyday.

I ordered a kay bojesen monkey on december 8th and payed for it that day. It still hasnt arrived and after calling the service hotline two times, I still got no response. Very sad and disappointing. I sadly can not recommend this website.

I bought a carpet in Germany, I paid 6€ for the transport till my home (that are refundable) and they want me to return the carpet to Sweden on my own!
Also they tell that the refund of the money can take more than 20 working days because they need time to check the parcel after arrives to them!
