I purchased a key for Movavi Video Suite 2024 (Lifetime / 1 PC) on RoyalCDKeys

It turned out that this version has long been removed from the internet — it cannot be found for download anywhere. Movavi's developers not only deleted version 2024 from all platforms, but also replaced the download links with a trap: clicking on any Movavi Video Suite 2024 download link triggers a ~5.5 MB installer that automatically installs the latest version — Movavi Video Suite 2026. In other words, the purchased key is knowingly useless.

When I contacted RoyalCDKeys, their first response was to suggest I use version 2026 — but not Lifetime, only a 1-year license. That is not what I paid for.

Only after sending an ultimatum warning that I would file a dispute with my credit card company did they agree to refund my money.

Conclusion: RoyalCDKeys continues to sell keys for a version that cannot be installed. This is deliberate misleading of customers. Be careful.

Problems with license key but support response was fast (for support cases) and friendly. Few days and problem was solved with no extra hassle.

I initially had an issue with activating my Windows 11 Pro key, as it returned an error indicating the key was not valid.
I contacted the support team and explained the situation. They responded quickly, asked a few relevant questions, and after verifying the issue, they provided me with a replacement key.
The new key worked perfectly, and I was able to activate Windows without any further problems.
Overall, the experience turned out to be very positive thanks to their responsive and helpful support. Even though there was an issue at first, it was resolved professionally and without unnecessary delays.

I know it looks shady, but the keys they give out all work. I've used them about a dozen times.

Keys work out of the box; a couple of times i had to call the automated Microsoft activation line to get them to work.

Once i had a key that refused to work, I contacted support, and they gave me another working one.

Will keep using them for sure!

I previously purchased a Retail Windows 10 Pro license from Royal CD Keys and it worked perfectly on my first device. When I later tried to activate the same key on a new build, I encountered an activation error.

I reached out to their customer support and they got back to me within a few hours and provided a replacement key that activated without any issues.

Fakes reviews, they are fraudsters and cheats don’t use this website. They conned me and then ignored my requests for support.

After payment, the key for the Win 11 Pro I chose arrived by e-mail literally in minutes. After entering it, it turned out that there was a problem - after checking, Microsoft wrote that the code had already been used to register another machine. Without panic and worry, just reply back to RoyalCDKeys and describe the problem and follow the instructions. After a few hours, I received a new code and Win 11 Pro was successfully activated.

The initially purchased keys for Office 2021 Pro Retail did not work (they where already used).
After a few email exchanged with support people I received a new key and resolved the issue.
Customer service was excellent, nicely explained steps to fix the issue.

Delivered license key so that was fine, download instructions were in my opinion almost impossible to follow. However when followed exactly to the word they did not work. The seller was emailed requesting either instructions that did work or a refund. This request has been ignored on both counts. I do not feel that this seller is worth purchasing from as although a license key was provided none of the instructions worked and they do not respond to communications. Unless you want a useless license key and to lose your money I would recommend avoiding this seller. As there are plenty of others that will genuinely provide both key and working download instructions to get everything up and running it is pointless using one that just takes your money and walks away leaving you to hold the baby. Again I would recommend avoiding this seller for the reasons given.

Order #1033169. Received an expired Perplexity Pro code. I have sent screenshots of the 'Expired' error three times to support (Ticket #130804), but they keep sending automated replies asking for the same information. I followed the instructions for a new account exactly. Please provide a working key or a refund.
