I purchased a key for Windows 11 Pro, and when I tried to activate it, it said that the key was already in use. I contacted support, and after providing them with the details of the problem, they offered me a refund or a new key. In the end, they quickly provided me with a new key that worked without any problems. The service was fast and very friendly.

Perfect service, serial work with no problem

I purchased a Windows11 Pro key but I waited a full week to activate and my key did not work. Then I contacted the support team, provided some screenshots and they gave me a replacement key which is worked. So far so good, I hope my activation lasts. I considering buying a Microsoft Excel key next.

im put 4 stars , because i have to wait a little to get the key who works fine . the firstone was already on use. but support channel take the issue and solve it fast . just sending the picture of youre trouble with the key. they give me a new one , and that works fine. Very poor experience, be careful when buying from this site I clicked on a pack to buy and it purchased the wrong one (one i already own!) I don’t know why their site did this but it’s clearly faulty and perhaps untrustworthy.I asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me one, I haven’t redeemed the game and I contacted them immediately after it showed me the wrong game had been purchased.

I had issues with the keys, but the support helped me work out the problem. Very fast and responsive.

I had ordered Office 2021 Pro and Visio 2021 Pro, which I activated with the help of RoyalCDKeys support, because there was some problem initially.
