Excellent delivery- although I've not put the chairs together as yet.
I would like matching cushions and a parasol for my other Royal Garden patio set. How can I get in touch?

I paid for furniture early this month and have had no delivery information despite an email and a phone call. (After posting this review I have had a phone call and delivery will be in two days so have added a star.)

Bought very nice garden furniture set that was fairly easy to put together. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was in time frame that was confirmed to me over the phone. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because they ignore enquiry messages sent via a form on their website.

Very straightforward ordering process and table came within the estimated delivery time, so efficient and professional.

Good communication. Timely delivery. Pleased with garden set and cushions. We already have some other Royal Garden products and they have lasted many years. Still going strong so highly recommended.

My parcel arrived safely and the lounger cushion is just perfect thank you.

Very quick response for replacement chair foot caps that were showing signs of wear after 15 years.

THE RESPONSE OF THE TWO MEMBERS I DEALT WITH WAS EXEMPLERY.

IN FACT IT IS DIFFICULT TO FAULT THE WAY THEY HANDLED MY POBLEM. THEY WERE WELL COORDINATED, FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT. FIVE STARS IS NOT REALLY ADEQUATE

We had a very good experience shopping with Royal Garden. We had to phone to check which product was suitable for our existing Royal Garden products. The phone was answered promptly and the person was able to help us with our query. Delivery was organised as stated in the confirmation email We received when we bought the items. We were phoned to say which day delivery was due and told we could check on delivery day for an app or I ate time for the delivery. We did this and received an accurate time for our delivery.
This was. A very good service from Royal Garden.

Excellent customer service and furniture delivered on time, after we had been let down and fobbed off by a well known DIY store. The garden furniture set is great.

Super quick delivery & perfect replacement for old parasol.

Ordered a table to go alongside various other Royal Garden items of garden furniture which we have enjoyed (and which has lived outside) for the past 14 years. The quality of the construction is as good as ever. It looks great alongside our existing equipment. These items of furniture are built to last!

Product appears fine, and as described on website.
Disappointing service, ordered on 21 June (showing as in stock), delivered 27 July.
Received phone call from Royal Garden on 29 June, explaining that two chairs were damaged and they were expecting more stock in 2 weeks. At this stage Royal Garden declined to deliver the undamaged part of the order. Delivery was expected to be made week commencing 20 July.
On 03 July, after being invited to review my product, and having posted my initial review, I very promptly received a phone call from Royal Garden. At this stage they no longer had any chairs available to deliver. I agreed to wait until July for the delivery.
It was delivered on 27 July.

Had a real problem initially paying as didn't want to use PayPal but no other option. After contacting sales I was advised to use different internet browser and this worked. Straight forward after initial problem and very happy with the garden chair cushions.

very prompt to deal with the order and I was kept fully informed of the delivery date and times.

Furniture great and delivery as expected although shame it takes 2 weeks from order to delivery well worth the wait.
