Great garden furniture and is lasting really well over many years. Excellent customer service as well as a rubber foot came off and a spare was posted for free (thirteen years after purchase!)

We've had the garden furniture for a few years but had lost some of the rubber footcaps. Grant of Royal Garden was very helpful in sourcing replacements for us and this was hugely appreciated.

I already have a table and chairs from Royal Garden which is still in excellent condition after ten years and I originally contacted them in order to obtain some new feet caps but I was tempted by a couple of special offers that I noticed on their website, a small folding table and some seat cushions. In every way I am very happy with the products, which arrived in good order, and the service.

Have had a set of garden table and four chairs for 10+ years now. Have never covered them in winter and they are still in great condition, you would never know they are that age. We lost the plastic feet off of one of the chairs after moving and the customer service has been great - sending out replacements very promptly. In short, very happy with quality of the product and service. thumbs up :)

Excellent garden Dining Set, very comfortable chairs and I recommend ordering the cushions as they are cleverly fitted and well priced. Everything arrived in perfect condition with a really helpful driver.
The only thing to watch for is the absence of a hole in the table for an umbrella.

Lovely furniture which is a pleasure to use. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as delivery was on the very last day of the lead time & that was after chasing twice!

Good quality item, arrived sooner than expected, good customer service when I rang with a query.

We bought 6 new chairs and seat cushions to replace the ones we bought 20 years ago. The table is still in marvellous condition considering it's been left to our elements in these later years. I don't think the cushions are quite as smart as our previous ones but they do look wipeable. Looking forward to another 20 years.

Service/delivery excellent. Product great. The only slight negative is the quality of the cushions. We have another identical set bought 10+ years ago, which incidentally is still as good as new, but the cushions on the new set have definitely been down graded. Not nearly so good - cost cutting at work here! In my opinion, it would be better to charge a bit more and have the better quality. Otherwise, perfect, especially the driver who delivered it ... service with a smile, despite having been on the road since the early hours of the morning. I hope he is well remunerated!

We had purchased your garden furniture via Robert Dyas but were having trouble finding cushions. I then looked on line and found you. So ordered them from you direct and are very pleased with them. Thank you.

I ordered six cushions - two of which were slightly soiled, and may have been returned at some stage or ex-display. I raised this with the company, and they immediately offered a full refund for the two cushions, which I accepted. They also despatched the order in good time. Overall, I am very pleased with the cushions, and with the service I received.

Great service before my delivery and a great product when it arrived. Was adding to another table set I’d bought over 10 years ago. That one is still going strong so I hope the new one is as good!

Good quality seat covers, exactly fitted our existing furniture. Colour was also a great addition to our kitchen design.

We bought some furniture some years ago they have been out in all weathers never rusted etc so when we needed more we looked at the emblem and ordered more so comfy never had chairs like them would av liked to test the other products liked another but was double the price
