I contacted support, and they asked for a break, but later contacted me to let me know everything was resolved. I really appreciate this approach and customer care!

It was inconvenient to book from my phone - the buttons are small, the filters sometimes "jump". From the laptop everything is fine. But the service itself works great: I found tickets to Rome and a taxi from the airport without any problems. I hope they will revise the mobile version.

I was planning a trip to Nice and rented a car through Royal Bookings. The booking process was quick and easy. The car was handed over at the airport without any delays. The only thing was that the model I needed had to be replaced with an analogue. Otherwise, everything went well.

I travel often for work, so I appreciate the speed of booking and convenience. Here I found everything I needed: tickets, a car, a hotel - all in one place. I no longer waste time searching for individual services. Cool site, now I use only it.

We rented a car for a family trip and it was a good choice. Comfortable minivan with a large trunk. Online booking went smoothly, but when returning the car we had to wait for a representative for about 30 minutes. The car was in excellent condition and we were given some useful recommendations for the trip. We are happy with the service, but would like more places where we can return the car.

I really liked the individual approach. at least it seemed so to me. I had a rather specific request so I am glad that everything was quite flexible and I managed to choose what suits me best according to my budget

i use macos and encountered an issue with safari recently. starting from late june, certain buttons on websites suddenly became unresponsive - they wouldn't register any clicks. reloading the page temporarily solved the issue. initially uncertain about the cause, i contacted support and learned that other users were experiencing similar problems, which they were actively addressing. apparently, it wasn't isolated to just my system but affected other mac users as well. thankfully, as of early july, the problem seems to have been resolved. here's hoping it stays smooth sailing from now on!
