Ordered a grill showing "instock" shipping in 3 business days. 45 days later no shipping confirmation. I have emailed and called multiple times looking for updates. No response. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card and reported as fraud. This is not a legitimate business. Do not buy.
Ordered a grill that was said to be "instock" Two weeks with zero shipping confirmation, emailed and and asked for a eta. Got a automated response saying the label was created. But had still not shipped. Called and emailed numerous times with zero response. Ended up having to report them to mastercard for fraud. I know this was once a legitimate business, dosnt seem like it anymore.
