My first book, "The Rise of the Anti-Boss"

I have been working with several groups at Rowling House Publishers for my new book, "The Rise of the Anti-Boss:! A book created primarily for millennials and younger, as i see them being the driving force for what I call The New Business Transformation!
- Flatter Management systems
- A more fair way toward Bonuses and letting all in the company see how their performance affects those bonuses.

This is my first book, knowing nothing about the book publishing process. Bruce McGill and the rest of the team were very helpful getting things done for - giving good guidance!
