The shoe looks nice and I got some compliments BUT, the shoes traction is worse than a church shoe..when on slippery surfaces you are more likely to fall than a woman in heels..I recommend only use for driving and short walks

This is not a company to buy shoes from. Their return policy is horrible. Who has an exchange only policy during a pandemic AND when your shoes are only available online?!! Also the shoe quality is poor. With so many other amazing shoe companies out there, there is literally no reason at all to give them your hard earned money - when you know you won't get it back. They simply don't care whether you are a satisfied customer or not.

Quality is absolutely terrible! Colour does not match up to pictures, fit is terrible. Extremely uncomfortable and cheap. Way way overpriced

Finally got my shoes...I ordered 12.5 99z's
They arrived in a bag, no shoe box. No paperwork, and no tags in the shoe.
I crammed my foot in to what I'm guessing was a size 10. 3 weeks wait and the shoes aren't even close. My son might be able to wear them, but I have no idea what size they are.

The shoes look fine, but the quality is HORRIBLE... feels like super cheap plastic, you can the see glue on some spots, and I contacted customer support to send them back and get refunded and of course they don't accept returns, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I've found much better shoes in amazon for 25% of the price I paid for this.

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service! ordered a pair of trainers which are too small, I am a size 9.5 in the UK and their size chart suggested to get a 10 US as the equivalent. Tried them on and don't like the fit or look. However, when I asked to get details to return them I was told they don't do refund but can do exchange. I don't want to exchange, I want to return the product and get my money back. They referred me to their returns' policy which states that due to COVID they aren't taking returns. This would make sense if they weren't offering exchanges as ultimately they are getting the product back. They simply don't want to lose the sale and have to reimburse customers. I have offered to return them twice now and have said I'll be getting my money back through my credit card.

First of all, the shoes ship from China which is horribly misleading. They are horribly and flimsy quality. They won’t let you leave a negative review on their website as they “review” then all first and edit out the negative reviews.
The sole is made of cheap foam and they smell of paint thinner.
The company refuses to take returns citing the COVID-19 pandemic but offers to accept an exchange which is still returning the product to them. Their website says to not use the return address on the original shipping label as it says California, and these products are actually shipping from China in a cheap plastic bag and the shoe is completely deformed anyway.
Horrible. Scam. Will take your money. Do not recommend.

Horrible quality shoes. Literally not worth over 10 euros in terms of quality. No return policy, which is stated somewhere on their website, but not clearly upon purchase. So now stuck with two pairs of shoes. Bad company, bad communication, stay away!

So i received my order in April and two days after i tried to return because it really wasn't what I thought it'd be. I messaged ROVUX and they said they weren't accepting returns due to COVID but they were accepting exchanges. Since i wanted to return and not exchange i left it alone. However, since COVID has calmed down i decided to try again Yesterday. Now, they're saying since its past the 15 day return window they won't be able to help me. How exactly was i supposed to return it within 15 days if they weren't allowing it? Overall upset and unsatisfied that there no work arounds due to the COVID excuse they gave me

These are possibly the worst pair of shoes I could have ever bought talk about cheap cheap cheap. Not only did it take so long for them to be shipped to me I forgot I even bought them but the material is terrible. The inside started falling apart within the first 3 months, and the bottom lost all its grip with the same amount, even so much I couldn’t wear them most places because I had no grip and keep slipping and even falling.

My experience was horrible!! I ordered my shoes in on March 5th, it's now May 20th and I still haven't received my shoes. I've emailed them several times and they keep saying they're "looking into it" or "we submitted a ticket". Still no shoes. After s month I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get one because the shoes were in transit. Still no shoes.

Can only recommend! Great customer service!! My husband loves the shoes.

These are by far the most comfortable sneakers I've ever purchased, very stylish footwear. I will be purchasing another pair soon. Thank you Rovux🤗!

My shoes were ordered and we ordered our original sizes but they were too small.(may wanna order up) we contacted them they were SUPER PROMPT in response. And they sent out a bigger size! Highly recommend. I ordered April 19, I received them on May3. Hopefully this gives an incite on shipping.

YOU MUST HAVE THESE SHOES. I ordered a pair of shoes and when I received it, it was too big for me. I emailed the customer support and they responded right away. They were very polite and attentive and did my exchange without hassle. To my surprised, they wanted me to be satisfied with the transaction and was advised not to return my old pair and I get to keep it. I was very happy since this pair f shoes was fantastic and very comfortable. I would suggest to order one size down and it does run big. I will definitely buy a new pair again. Thank you
