Don't bother

I ordered through wowcher on 28th May. My order was meant to be delivered on or before 16th June. On 16th june I had not received my order so I emailed replied back to ask order number. I never received another email but when I checked the status they had updated it to delivery on or before 26th June. When I didn't receive this on 26th June they came back to say my parcel had been damaged and they would send a replacement. I still have not received this and have asked for a tracking number for my parcel, I am still yet to receive this too
Wowcher are now involved so hopefully I will finally get my sweets. It shouldn't take over a month to send out a bag of sweets!

DON’T EVER BUY FROM HERE

Placed an order and waited, and waited… still nothing. Checked the order status and noticed it was still being processed so i emailed asking if it had been sent yet - no response - emailed again - no response, tried phoning but number out of service.
Used FB messenger and finally got a response saying the carrier had damaged my order so they would refund which would take 5-10 working days.
Guess what? After 10 working days no refund, so started the pointless emailing again, only to be ignored again. Used FB messenger again and they replied saying it had been done but I must be patient and wait for the refund!! And funnily enough, the very next day i got an email saying my refund had been processed and it should take 5-10 working days to arrive in my account!!
If you don’t have it in stock then just cancel, don’t pretend to send it, and you certainly shouldn’t be taking any money until despatched.
Non-existent customer service, no apology, and no goods.

Scam of a website don't waste your…

Scam of a website don't waste your money. Item not recieved over a month later, phone number out of service, no reply to the online form, and after one response from their email it is now conveniently no longer a valid email to contact. Have contacted my bank for a refund. Total scam

Order from somewhere else.

Took a week to process the order yet still managed to miss items out the parcel. All but 1 item was out of date, this was not prominently displayed on the website and items were full price. Marshmallow fluff arrived with a broken seal and no lid. Avoiddddd. Wish I’d read the reviews first.

Received Out-of-Date items

Ordered a few packets of sweets, and they arrived and are over a year out of date! The seller said they no longer stock the item and refused to provide a return label so I got a refund via PayPal.

We can confirm your refund was paid by PayPal as a gesture of good will to you and not refunded by us. As advised the best before date was clearly listed in the item description for you to review before purchasing. We offered to provide a full refund on return of the items. Per our refund policy we do not cover the cost of return postage and the same is the responsibility of the customer. We hope this clarifies the matter further to our emails advising of the above and can confirm that no refund was issued by us.

Single item was missing from order

Single item was missing from order. Contacted customer services via Facebook - couldn't give me an answer straight away.

Final reply was that an item was out of stock and that they're going to refund me. Won't use again as poor communication.

Half of my order was out of date that's 6/12 items. Another one was a sticky mess and one of the items was broken which at the time I overlooked.

I emailed about 10 days ago once my son had opened the gift as I stupidly didn't check and just wrapped them. I have heard nothing back. Today I tried to call, the number is no longer in use, the live chat was not working so have no way of getting in contact.

I don't normally write negative reviews but as there is not response and I spend £26 on sweets that were past their best before they even arrived I am cross they don't feel the need to respond and try to correct their mistake.

My whole order was out of date except 1 item

I ordered some sweets for my parents for Christmas, once I received the package I went to wrap it but checked the dates first and all of the items except 1 were out of date… the company did give me a refund like I asked but I feel this is still unacceptable and they should not have this stock if it’s out of date
