My experience with Routegenie was good. Michael Kalinski was more than helpful. He took his time to help me with my issue and even waited to be sure I didn't need anything else. Very friendly :)

Mike was absolutely excellent! Enjoyed the conversation while he was investigating some submitted tickets. He walked me through an immediate issue that was reported by our owner that she was experiencing and he was able to give me an immediate remedy that we could use going forward! Mike is an asset. I would not mind speaking to him anytime in the early mouthing hours! Great Job Mike!!!!

Mike was friendly, listened to my problem, and solved it while I was still on the phone. I was continuing to get payment reminders for an invoice I had already paid, and he was able to find my payment. This was very helpful.

Pros: The software, if it were to deliver on its promises is itself excellent. Excellent pricing model for the industry.
Cons: Customer service is lacking. Software overpromises and underdelivers. It is not built for rural transportation companies. Hard to learn for staff in the office, CHC integration is not great if in Wisconsin and MN with our payers. Misses A LOT of revenue, despite tweaking all the rules and settings per RG's guidance.
Overall: Years ago when I first signed up for RG I was enthusiastic. It certainly provides a lot of data. The customer service is dismal. You ask a question and get a non-relevant answer or they try to upsell you on something you are already paying for!! It "has good bones" but significant operational and service delivery issues.

We’re still early in the transition to RouteGenie, and the verdict is still out, but we’re optimistic. The user interface, credentialing, and reporting features are what sold us. We’ll update this post as things progress regarding our onboarding experience at RouteGenie.

Too many issues . change of time - we have to drag the time , unassigned trips - it will not update driver's trip accordingly. Route Genie's Maps is horrible.
