CHECK ITEMS BEFORE DISPATCHING!!
I ordered a pack of girls white short sleeve rever collar blouses twin pack and when I received it I was so angry and disappointed that the blouses had a blue embroidered logo initials printed on the outside of the blouses. This was not what I selected on the website and the warehouse need to check items they dispatch are correct before dispatching because this inconvenienced me as I already was waiting to receive the purchase and I didn’t pay delivery to receive a wrong item.
I have emailed the warehouse and are waiting a response. In the meantime I had to visit the actual store Rough cut casuals where luckily I got to purchase the right item which I still don’t understand what happened because it is the exact brand and No logo so why did the online purchase have a logo on both blouses. Anyway I mentioned this to the store and they had someone contact me from the warehouse who will get the manager to contact me when they open in the weekdays.

Order last week Tuesday and my package has no arrived yet, I cant log into my account because it says incorrect password I tried changing my password I still couldn't log in, I tried ringing the shop it self and no body answered. I'm very disappointed.

Reasonable prices/ need quality checks
Ordering online was simple, reasonably priced. I did find loose threads on badges and also the pe shorts had multiple wholes in them to the point the elastic was showing, making them unusable, but not worth returning as was less than £5.
In future will just stick to ordering the uniform with logo on from roughcuts. Was also sent a free retractable measuring tape which is was a nice surprise.
