Why can't we get Google etc to block this site

Last year I won £400, and after a couple of weeks it was paid out.
On the 21st May 2023 I had a big win, and 'tried' withdrawing £1100.
It is now 30th July 2023.
Just as everybody else in this situation has said; I am told every time I contact them that it has been forwarded to their verification department.
When I explain that their site claims to pay out within 3 to 7 working days the prat on the line says they don't have access to the finance dept. Then they end the chat.
They then have the audacity to ask me how I would rate their chat line.
I have stopped responding to that.

Do not go on this website, I have tried to contact customer service on numerous occasions. They keep ending the conversation without responding or are very rude. It has been nearly a month and still no sign of my withdrawal!

Customer service is a joke. There is no customer service, came 3rd in there latest wager race, should have won £500 , gave me 75. Contacted customer support. Kept getting cut off, then say they don't have latest results . Absolutely disgusting. 💯 % con artist's.

Can't comment on the withdrawal procedure because i will never make one.
Think rtp around 50%.(and yes they can legally interfere with this by offering bonuses constantly)
Beware casinos offering you endless bonuses because there rtp is divided into them.....else every casino would do it.
If you want to see a vast increase ,more normal like rtp on there games then complain to chat questioning there legitamacy, watch out next day you'll see the difference
