we ordered this thinking it would be here the following day. they emailed us to say that unfortunately it was out of stock in this country but we could have it delivered from Germany and did we still want to go ahead with the order, We accepted and the order came within 3 days. Excellent service, excellent product.

A good product with good security features. Delivered quite promtly and with everything needed to mount where required.

Good product but a bit flimsy. Not packaged internally very well some damage lid has been bent. But fair value for the price paid

Although the item was not in stock in the UK. they sourced it from their warfehouse in Germany. Delivery was only a day or two longer.

Generally ok but for the price it wasn't deburred properly . You could cut yourself if delivering mail . Poor finishing bit still a nice design . Just needs finished properly

Easy ordering. Excellent communication. Fast shipping. Well packaged. However, the left vertical seam on the letter box popped open near both screw holes when installing. Yes the brick wall was slightly uneven but the box was only hand screwed into position. I would expect more robust construction - and possibly washers to go between the screw hole and the wall as part of the mounting kit.

I am very impressed with the overall quality of the product .
If I was being "picky" then I would suggest the position of the top two holes
inside the box should be slightly lower(approx 40 mm) to help screwing the box to the wall.
At present the bar running accross is in the way if using a power drill.
This is a minor design fault in my eyes and no way detracts from the quality .

Took a while to come a couple of weeks. The box was very good quality but the template inside the box did not match the fixing holes which were too close to the sides for easy fixing. The fixing holes were just behind the door opening which made it difficult to screw in square, frustrating.

Falls advertising and sales of substandard products that is not up to the UK law and standards.

Very happy with the safe. I did not think the wall anchor bolts provided were good a quality.
