  1. Medical Billing Service

Written by the company

Right On Time Billing Services LLC is a medical billing company based in Houston, Texas, specializing in revenue cycle management for home health agencies, hospice providers, and behavioral health practices across the United States. We handle the full billing lifecycle — eligibility verification, claims submission, denial management, AR follow-up, and payment posting — for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. Our team works inside the systems agencies already use, including leading home health and hospice EMRs, so there's no disruption to clinical workflows. Agencies choose us because billing in these niches is deadline-driven and unforgiving: NOAs, sequential billing, face-to-face documentation, and payer-specific rules leave no room for delay. Our name is our promise — claims filed right, on time, every time. We work with agencies of every size, from single-location startups navigating their first Medicare claims to multi-state operators looking to reduce denial rates and accelerate cash flow. Pricing is a simple percentage of collections — no hidden fees, no long-term lock-ins. If you're a home health, hospice, or behavioral health agency looking for a billing partner that treats your revenue like its own, we'd love to talk. Right On Time Billing Services has handled our billing since 2021

I own a hospice, a home health agency, and a DME company in Texas, and Right On Time Billing Services has handled our billing since 2021. After 20+ years in this industry I've been through my share of billing companies, and these are the first ones I've never had to chase.

What made me finally write this review: the NOAs. Anyone in home health or hospice knows a missed NOA can cost you real money, and in four-plus years that just hasn't been an issue with them. Claims go out clean, follow-up actually happens, and when I call, a person answers.

They also handle our credentialing and coding, and honestly the biggest change for me is that billing stopped being something I think about. That's worth more than I can explain to anyone who hasn't run one of these agencies.

They're local to Houston too — we've sat down face to face plenty of times, which you don't get with most billing companies anymore.

Happy to recommend them to other home health and hospice owners.
