Love Rota Cloud! So intuitive and easy to use. We can drag and drop shifts, send messages to staff and now staff can easily request leave. It also allows us to plan rota's way ahead of time to check we have the right staffing levels - we then 'publish' them nearer the time. Rota Cloud has made our life as an independent business a whole lot easier.

Brilliant system for allowing us to manage and plan staffing timetable, easy to follow and set up and staff get all the information which makes it clear for everyone

I love Rotacloud! It's so easy to use.
It has made live so much easier for me. I employ 20 people & it has really helped. I have been using it now for over 3 years. Recently I upgraded to Pro so I can now have all my HR files in one place with all the staff details that are on Rotacloud.
I would definitely recommend this app.

RotaCloud is super reliable for us. Simple to use, always being updated and improved and has solved many rota planning issues for us particularly during remote working. We like this product a lot.

We've used Rotacloud now for several years. The system is good with lots of clever and useful features which they are constantly improving. Feedback and response times are great because of their chat function and you never wait more than a few moments for their response.

My company has been using the Rotacloud product for quite a few years now, it is very easy to use and saves hours of admin work each month when it comes to planning rotas, managing staff leave, and forcasting your weekly spend on wages.

Always there to help. The chat option is excellent - never have to wait long for a response. The chats are also linked to email.

I've been using Rota Could for my cleaning business for a few years now. There is 9 of us working and I find this software to be the best one available in the UK. It meets our needs very well and I find the customer help chats very helpful and effective.

Rotacloud is simple to use but this doesn't mean it is lacking in features. It's clearly designed by someone who has constructed rotas and used HR and payroll systems before. There is not a 'useless' part to it. Everything it does has an easy process and I can complete a rota for a team of 40+ people in a few minutes. Absence recording is so easy, report systems accurate and composed in seconds. They ask for and listen to feedback and I have seen new features added that have been suggested. Having compiled rotas for over 20 years I can't recommend it enough.

Great tool for hospitality, simple, efficient and good value. Highly recommended. Customer service and support also fantastic especially during lockdown.

We picked Rota cloud from a potential 3 rota packages. RC was the most competitively priced and had a couple of really useful add ons that we liked the look of.
Our staff find it simple to use when clocking on and off and it is super easy to program in shifts.
The after sales support chat is fast, easy to access and there is an actual human on the other end waiting to help, I love this aspect of it, you are treated as a customer not a number. They also have a good sense of humour!

We should have made the move to RC years ago!

RotaCloud was one of the best decisions I could have made. So easy to use and navigate and does everything I need and more.

A product that is constantly developing and with each development makes all payroll, HR and admin processes easier by the day.

I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this product to anyone looking for their next rota software
