Giving 4 stars however not exactly as…

Giving 4 stars however not exactly as advertised - cut and finish not as pictured and polyester as opposed to cotton - that said they are super comfy, light and very packable for travel - even though not as shown they’re so comfy I’m consider buying a second pair

Trying to requesting returns and refund

Ordered 3 cotton vest tops they came too late for my holidays.
Would still have kept them but they came as a ribbed top one was the wrong size another had a mark on it.
I have submitted 5 different emails requesting a returns label as they advise you to do.
I keep getting the same computerised response asking me to submit an email requesting a returns label.
I have also submitted photos of the tops as they request you to do so and the same email keeps coming back.
Customer service for this company is non existent, have to be the worst company l have ever dealt with.

Inaccurate product specifications

Similar to other purchasers, I bought two tops that specify that they are cotton blend but have turned out to be shiny- 95% polyester and 5% spandex so more like sports tops. The fit well but they are not what I thought I was ordering from the product description

Complaints dealt with efficiently and pleasantly Rubbish quality not worth £2. Never mind £20.

I never received the goods I’m just about to start acclaim through my bank
The 2 caps finally arrived . Nothing like the photos. This is a scam and rip off. There is no embellishment on them.only photographs printed on the hats. DO NOT PURCHASE
When I complained however , I was dealt with efficiently and pleasantly , so the intention is good. Just look very carefully at photographs.

Awful Products, Awful Service

I placed my order on the 23rd May, it took ages to arrive and when it did it was not of the quality expected. Equally having ordered 3 garments that were the same size they were all quite different. I tried to contact them several times about the issues without any response. I then returned the items by tracked signed for post. It was signed for on the 19th June. I have tried to make contact several times about my refund but to no avail. I will now need to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. It doesn't have to be this hard rosyday, do better!
