The whole process from my initial visit to the showroom to my finished kitchen was conducted professionally and efficiently. Alix shared her expertise as we discussed ideas and the final plan was put in place by an excellent team. Everyone turned up when they said they would and the work was carried out to a high standard. A big thank you to all the team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rossendale Interiors.

I would highly recommend this company. Have just had a new kitchen installed by them and it far exceeds my expectations. It is true value for money. The staff al all so lovely to deal with and cannot do enough to make sure you are happy at all stages Alex the designer was wonderful and managed to design a functional and beautiful space Jamie the fitter was very conscientious and paid great attention to detail but a the team were great.

We checked out other kitchen suppliers before settling on Rossendale Kitchens. While the quotes were comparable we made our choice on the basis of quality and choice within our price range. At no point did I feel I was being sold a standardised kitchen. Options were provided but then adapted to fit my requirements. The design was double checked on site by Ian who was very thorough and talked us through the full process. Keith and Andy Bell the fitters were exceptional. I had initially thought that the fitting charges were expensive. Having now seen the level of effort and detail that goes into fitting the kitchen and flooring I really think we got a bargain. The trades worked with each other in order to allow the process to run smoothly right down to the provision and removal of the skip. We did have an issue with a broken part on the cooker hood but Joanne quickly provided the phone number for the manufacturers who resolved the issue straight away. We also had a minor misunderstanding with one of the trades, but as soon as Rossendale Kitchens were made aware the situation was resolved. You may wonder why I mention this and why I still give the service 5 stars. That is because you never know how good customer service is until you need it. In this case I would happily recommend Rossendale Kitchens as I have every faith that if I do need to contact them in the future they will listen and resolve my concerns quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with my new kitchen.

As a retired residential Chartered Surveyor, with the latter years in quality control, the refurbishment of our bedroom was a project I was not looking forward to. I tend to imagine problems happening at every turn - they did not occur! From start to finish, I felt able and happy to leave things in combined capable hands. Any potential difficulties were identified, discussed and then optioned out - that's how it should be done - excellent. A planner (Suzanne) who could plan; a fitter (Jonathan) who could fit; and an installations manager (Iain) to check everything else - perfect. Many thanks from a relaxed and stress free customer.

After choosing Rossendale Interiors to design and build my kitchen. I am completely thrilled with the results.
(Joanne had designed my daughter’s kitchen 5 years ago and I was very impressed then.)
After contacting the shop, Joanne soon came in person for an initial visit taking time to listen to my wishes, discussing ideas and offering advice. She patiently answered to all my questions. I never felt rushed or under pressure to make a commitment. I felt Joanne had a genuine interest to please and offer a personalised service.
Joanne quickly sent me some digital images of her suggested design. I visited the shop to look at possible options still without pressure.
The work started soon after deciding to go ahead. The team provided a hassle-free service and worked well together. Darren (fitter), Dean (electrician), Bradley ( apprentice electrician), Jonathan (plasterer), Peter ( gasman ), Andrew (floor ) were all very professional and trustworthy. Most of my kitchen was completed while I was away.
Amazingly, once finished the kitchen looked exactly like the digital photos. My new kitchen is both practical and beautiful, making it an appealing and relaxing cooking and social space. Everyone who sees my kitchen is very impressed indeed. Seeing my new kitchen immediately inspired some friends to go ahead and have their kitchen redesigned with Rossendale Interiors. I would strongly recommend Rossendale Interiors and Joanne and her team to anyone looking for a kitchen project. It will be carried out by a professional and dedicated team. Great experience from start to finish. Suzanne was very accommodating and attentive throughout, drawing on a wealth of experience to help bring our vision to life. Barry fitted the kitchen to a high standard and was efficient and tidy with his work. Overall great experience made stress free by a team who provided a quality service.

We never had them as our first choice, but we where very surprised when we got InTouch for chat and a quote! Polite and friendly worked to accommodate viewings around our free time not shop hours.
The price was, well what can we say, expecting the price to be at the top end of our budget with it being a big company, we where shocked to still have 40% of our initial budget left over.
The fitter was polite & courteous got on with the job and cleaned up after himself, came early and stayed late, he got the job done in reasonable time.
Bedroom down, Kitchen is on the list to be done.
We will be seeing you again.

We have been looking for a kitchen for around 2 years however we didn’t have confidence in any supplier who came to quote. That is until we went to Rossendale Interiors!. From visiting the show room through to installation of the kitchen, we received the best advice, courtesy and professionalism you could wish for - no high pressure sales, no-one following you around trying to rush you into making decisions, a refreshing change in this day and age! This company is truly customer focused. Joanne visited us to design our kitchen, putting forward her ideas and advising us on the best kitchen and appliances to keep within our budget ensuring all our requirements were met. Her high product knowledge goes without saying, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything before taking our order, giving us time to go over the plans, make a couple of changes and modify the plans accordingly. absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her - excellent customer service. Her installation team are all absolutely superb, highly skilled and trustworthy - a special mention to fitters Andy and Keith whose attention to detail are second to none, making sure we knew what they were doing each day, and that we were happy every step of the way. We are absolutely over the moon with our kitchen, we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Rossendale Interior’s to anyone, thank you Joanne and team for giving us a beautiful kitchen!!

Recently bought a house and within days we were struggling with the kitchen as there were no drawers and bars obscuring access. We had a search on the internet and chose rossendale interiors based on their trust pilot score. They did not disappoint! The selection of finishes on display was fantastic which made choosing so easy. Joanne designed a very functional kitchen giving us not only what we wanted but what we needed. Keith, Jonny, Dean, Pete and Andy were all amazing. Each persons work is impeccable. My family love our new kitchen and everyone in the family has commented on how all the work has been finished to a fantastic standard.

Rossendale Interiors were recommended to me by a friend. Having tried to get ideas and quotes from other companies, without satisfaction, I was unsure if what we wanted was even possible. Suzanne however, seemed to take what what was in our heads and made it a reality. We have exactly the kitchen and spec we wanted, and at an amazing price.
Barry the fitter was clean and tidy and very efficient. His attention to detail shows his vast experience of kitchen fitting. Nothing was too much trouble and any niggles I had were sorted quickly and without fail.
Thanks to all the staff at Rossendale Interiors and all the contractors involved in the build. We look forward to many years of use. I will recommend you all to anyone who asks.

What an amazing experience of a company that excels from start to finish. Suzanne was very helpful and professional when she came to measure, price and explain everything to us, and Barry the fitter was equally efficient, and tidy. The wardrobes are amazing, and everyone who has seen them is so jealous.

The whole experience was so easy - from the initial visit to the showroom, through the whole design and fitting process. Joanne designed a beautiful kitchen, that was delivered within budget and exceeded our expectations and what we thought was possible with the space available. All the tradesmen - Jonny, Dean, Andy and Pete did a great job. Matt, the main fitter deserves special mention though, his attention to detail and workmanship was first class. Throughout the process we were supported by Ian who checked details with us, discussed any necessary adjustments and ensured we were happy. I have already, and will continue to recommend Rossendale Interiors to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish, designer Jo helped us decide which design was best, kitchen fitter (Tim) was 1st class nothing too much trouble, After sales service impeccable.

This is the second time we have used Rossendale Interiors and are delighted again!. As budget was important we went with their Kinder range which is a shaker style in a composite material. It is impossible to tell that it is not solid wood (& we are very fussy!) We choose Grey Mist which is a restful and expensive looking.The wardrobes definitely elevate our bedroom. Alix our designer was extremely helpful, honest and professional. Darren our fitter was perfect. They were both a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended.
