I had Gary Thompson come to today from Ross care. For a permanent wheelchair user he was great. Kind,friendly,very professional and made me feel very at ease. Thankyou Gary for all your help and assistance in repairing my stump board.

Tried to ring 3 times this morning to get an urgent repair and no one is answering the phone

Gary messaged me yesterday with a time for repair. Arrived on time did a fantastic job replacing a well needed part on my power chair. Very polite and professional. Would recommend

Very good each time I have been here this guy as seen to us Paul Jackson he is amazing he always goes above and beyond for us he’s so polite and helpful nothing is ever too much for him.
And most importantly he is very good with Max in his chair he always puts him at ease and communicates with him and explains to him what he’s doing to his chair. Honestly can’t phrase this guy enough he’s such a caring person and a real gentleman.

My repair was carried out by Gary Thompson and he did nothing short of excellence has the part to be repaired was all bent up and he did a wonderful job of repairing it so that it could be re-attached to support my wheelchair thank you for doing such a great job

Very friendly and helpful staff (Paul Jackson) got the job done in no time and without us needing an appointment

We had a wheal chair delivered today. The technician Sean Taylor was very helpful.
He called when he was 10/15 min away .
He explained everything we needed to know about the new chair.
He was polite and professional.
We said we had his previous one to arange to be collected so he checked it and said he was able to take it. This saved time and no doubt extra cost for you.

I was greeted by the reception and in minutes the workforce came out so my chair to deal with the problem I have. Efficiently, effectively, and in no time at all

Rang the emergency repair line as my chair had a few issues. Spoke to Gary, he confirmed he could indeed fix the issue and would be out as soon as he could. Shortly after (and within the timeframe he said) Gary had arrived, fixed the issue and made my chair safe to use again. Very polite and friendly, thank you Gary Thompson⭐️

Amazing technician, very polite and knowledgeable. He came out twice this week to finish works on my son’s chair and did it efficiently even taking time to explain fully what the issues were. Ross Care have a rare diamond on their hands

All the Staff at Ross Care do a great job from the telephone reception to the wheelchair repair engineers. From battery changes to foot plate replace or repair, they always manage to get my son’s wheelchair sorted. A special recognition to Gary Thompson who has repaired Marcus’s wheel chair numerous times especially the footplate! 😬 Gary Always calls to let us know a time he can get to us on the day he is friendly helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure he can get whatever is needed fixed and fitted back perfectly. Puts the Smile back on Marcus’s face every time! 😃
