Very clear in his communications and kept us aware of every step in the process. He provided access to medical professionals, including physiotherapy. Ross Aldridge took my case after it had been dragging on for almost 5 years without resolution. As soon as my case handler, Peter Trotman, took my case the way I was dealt with and the urgency was apparent. Communication was constant and I was kept informed at every stage. Needless to say, my case was wrapped up within a few months (would have been sooner if it wasn't for the other party stalling) and my compensation was more than was expected.
