Wouldve give more stars but really slow shipping

i purchased two necklaces and only received one in the mail , i reached out for a refund and they offered to send a replacement but they never sent it.

I bought this necklace because I wanted my daughter’s name on me. I wanted to wear it 24/7 and not have it rust or turn green. I’ve had it for 3 months now, haven’t taken it off and it still looks brand new!

I have bought name necklaces and they were all done cheaply. I wore mine fore 2 days and the necklace easily snapped. The gift that I gave my niece (also a necklace) was broken just a day after using it, and when I asked for help if they can replace it or atleast just the clasp, Rosoki never responded to me. For the amount I paid I would say it is not worth it, spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

bought two necklaces in gold & silver, the quality is truly amazing & i wear them in the shower everyday & they still look like the day i bought them. trust me, if the product wasn’t good i wouldn’t be writing this

My necklace came broken
No one reached out after I email

It’s been almost 4 months since I did the purchase and I’m still waiting for my anklet.
I received one but with the wrong initial, which obviously it’s not useful.
I asked for a refund because it’s too much time but I’ve not received any kind of response.

Worse necklace ever I purchased

This is like my 3rd order! Great gift & I’ve also been had my 1st order since 2020. My necklace still looks new!

i placed my order 5 months ago and have YET to receive the necklaces. this is a complete scam. weeks passed and i reached out- they claimed it was delivered which is never was. i receive many packages a day with no issues. when i tried to used the tracking number originally it never worked. they then accused me of refusing the package and said its at a mail center and to talk to my mail man. i did and he said that never happened-the tracking number lead to no where and that package didnt exist. they are a fraud company from china that is scamming people for money. their reviews are all fake. they kept telling me they dont do refunds and every time i tried to dispute it with my credit card it would get denied because "rosoki" would send another fake traking number claiming they sent the items. i kept reaching out to them over 5 months-they keep claiming they will just resend my order. theyve been saying that for 2 months now. such a headache. taking so much time out of my life. DONT ORDER THIS BS
