This was just about the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a laptop in March and it was lost in shipping. I don't necessarily blame Rosman for this, but I do blame them for the appalling customer service that followed.

I repeatedly tried to get info on my order by phone and email. No one I talked to seemed to know how to handle this seemingly straightforward issue, and each time I was told that someone would call me back. This never happened.

I called back every week or two, hoping to get some sort of help. Eventually I called the courier company directly and was told that the shipment had been declared lost, and was now covered by insurance. Rosman's shipping agent had been emailed this info but apparently not passed it on.

So again I called Rosman and get told someone will call me back, and again, no one did.

I called a final time in June (4 months after the original order) and asked about the insurance progress. I was told quite rudely by the person I spoke to, basically to stop calling them. Knowing that insurance can take a while to process and trusting Rosman to call me back when it was ready.

Now it is late August, more than 6 months after my order was lost. I have still not been contacted. What happened to the insurance claim? did Rosman just keep it? or did their shipping agent keep it?

Either way I can safely say I would not recommend Rosman computers to anyone.

Word of warning!!!!! Stay away from them, I had paid $1198.00 for a computer laptop, printer, items paid in full, March just gone, only to be advised in July after much contact, to find out when and if my paid items were on their way, only to be told they didn't have one of the items and if I was happy to change it, hence delay, agreed to change item and told they would ring back with tracking order details, which they never did, only to be advised in July they were under liquidation and no way to refund the money, as used a third party zip pay, and not my bank. Currently, the unfortunate situation is in the hands of zip pay disputes.

Quick website and fast delivery. (This brand makes life easy!) Never shopped here before, will now return more often. (Company online purchases)

I have never given top marks, even in my own work appraisal. I think I am having difficulty not understanding why a customers computer got overlook for delivery by Startrak, when an eta date was issue, three days after it was delivered, with a lot of phone calls in process. Also it arrived in the back of a dirty truck. I would still purchase more items from Roman Computers if you allow me.
I too work to a standard being a Procurement Manager, so process with some companies, especially likes of Startra can any me. So sorry about that.

Was looking to buy a laptop for my yr7 grandchild (for School), chatted online regarding what I needed, they were very helpful. The laptop arrived only days later, I'm very happy with it & the sales service. Thankyou

Where very quick in processing my order and getting it shipped out asap I dont normally leave reviews but at the moment especially with shipping nowadays I was very pleased with the level of urgency these people took thanks Rosman Computers!
