Paid $40 extra for express service with Aramex, StarTrack, Toll or TNT, instead order was sent with some random courier that hasn’t provided any updates on a week on a $5000 order. Had I know I probably would have made the purchase elsewhere that uses a trusted and know courier service.

I paid about $190 for a pre ordered an item i was assured would be stocked "in a few weeks" in April 2022 but the order was never updated/progressed, never sent/arrived, I never got a reply to any of my enquiries (~1x per month) beyond the purchase date on the status of said item, and the order number has now disappeared/been deleted from their system?! where is my laptop keyboard, where is my money??

Ordered M27Q monitor on the cyber monday sale. It arrived the next day, and that was with free shipping. Great service

Faulty product and they won’t send me my receipt only invoice.
