The rubber was deteriorated on this pop socket broke in the fist 3 hours I used it.

Excellent seller. High quality latest model ASUS laptop only available (currently) from Rosman Australia. Dispatched very quickly after order completed, and delivered quickly to my interstate address. Arrived in good condition. Product is excellent - performs above expectation.

I wanted to leave a good review regarding Rosman Computers but that has changed since I realised they sent me the wrong product. Tried to email them for last 3 weeks and call with out success. The delivery was fast since I paid express but that's it. And I'm out of pocket since product received is cheaper than what I paid for.

The product was shipped on time and it works as expected.

What I thought I was getting was a laptop that had a touchpad that doubled as a number pad. Excellent idea and loved it. But on opening the box at home after delivery it had just a touchpad, no number pad under it as its picture had shown.

Great price and outstanding delivery time!!!!

No issues with Rosman Computers or the product. Maybe a better tracking/ delivery company info would be helpful. Nearly caught replying to delivery company scam just because I was expecting a parcel. Also the delivery company didnt try to drop off at the address and just left it at the post office so had to organize to go and pick it up. Half the reason of buying online is to be lazy and have things delivered lol.

For the money I paid for shipping I'd expect next day or two day delivery.

Instead, my item has been sent via road freight. This happens to be a bit of a value option for TNT, so I can only assume it was picked as such. My item's now on it's way in the complete opposite direction, and is likely to arrive maybe this week, maybe next week. This is entirely unaccaptable.

I wont be ordering from this store again.

Josh is always very helpful and assists me to provide solutions.

His manner is friendly, respectful and very supportive

I have asked for a tax invoice and not yet received one or even been replied to.

Josh was very helpful and willing to give his time and explain the process clearly. He acted quickly on our order.

I received the goods but no invoice or receipt. I have called several times, left messages and left an email with no response. I keep getting asked to leave feedback from an automatically generated email but no HUMAM is responding to my requests. RESPOND IMMEDIATELY PLEASE OR I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE ATO. No paper work = dodgy.
