At the moment of writing this I am in the process of trying to sell my gold back to Rosaland as Ive had my gold for more than 6 years The communication is great when you're buying so let's see what they're like when I sell I Rang Bradley at Rosaland and had no reply so hopefully he's on his hols They do give the impression they don't want to buy the gold back I hope Im wrong . They get 3 stars at the moment I did say to Bradley I wanted to sell in October so they've had plenty of notice as I asked him the start of the year

My late father bought £50k worth of gold just before he died. Their most recent buy back offer was £24k. How can this be fair if gold has nearly doubled in 5 years?

Payed £2200 for 1oz platinum coin. Was in web site for over a week. Received confirmation by email everything was payed and would be posted. Kate’s same day I received phone call saying they were all sold but I could by alternative coin for £3500. Taking them to trading standards. Breach of contract

Paying over 125% above the underlying gold value is rarely justified and can leave investors significantly out of pocket from day one. There are far better gold dealers offering transparent pricing, fair buyback terms, and proper customer care.

I was very pleased with the buy back service on gold I bought in 2021. I returned the coin and the money with 50% profit was in my account the next day. One word of warning - you do need to allow a good few years for the buy back option to become available (otherwise it would have been five stars)

Based on my personal experience, I would advice caution with ROSLAND I have seen cases where clients paid significant sums for gold and later found resale offers far below purchase price, even when market prices has increased. The sales approach can be HIGH PRESSURE and it's important to research and compare options carefully before committing.

There are more transparent alternatives in the market and it's worth doing your due diligence to ensure you understand pricing, fees, and resale value before investing!

I have been a client with RoslangGold since several months now. My Agent has been very helpful since from the start, clear and professional. He has been updating me on the investment on frequent basis and when I was doing some extra enquiries he was there to help and give all the assurance I needed.

All positive reviews are fake. If you’re buying gold, be aware, Rosland are OVER PRICED and employ boiler room sales people that are pushy, rude and totally unhelpful. My neighbour was told multiple times he had made money, it was all a lie. He’s an OAP, in his 80’s. How sad.

They charge £6000+ for a 1oz coin. STAY AWAY. DO NOT buy these collectors coins, buy bullion coins only, or you will be totally screwed when you come to sell them.

They operate a buy back policy where my neighbour received only £50,000 back from an initial £110,000 investment. DO NOT BUY FROM ROSLAND GOLD or you will chop your money in half before even receiving the gold.
