They obviously don't learn by reading reviews,false advertising spent alot of money ordering good for Christmas presents.When they arrived totally disgusting such poor quality rubbish,ashamed to give as Christmas presents and humiliated by telling my friend to go on website saying how everything looked so nice then she ordered things need reporting this firm.

Ordered on 30/9/26 numerous emails saying this item is either in transit or being prepared my guess is thats it's still somewhere in China or elsewhere not in UK.
My advice would be please don’t waste your money seems like a lot of people agree. I’ve just received yet another email telling me that my ‘package is on its way’ looked at supposed tracking still in China yup I actually believe that one.

Misrepresentation of product. Linen baskets shown are beautiful and appliqued. When purchase arrived it is printed nylon bearing a simple resemblance to the advertised basket. Receiving emails 3 or 4 times a week as the package slowly wended it's way across China made me suspicious so not surprised at the cheap looking unattractive product I received.

Absolute joke cowboy outfit. Moments after placing order I wanted to cancel but told I couldn't.
Since then I've had umpteen messages, order is packed and in transit. Latest message its out for delivery and just leaving "Timbucktoo". Had Ibeen able would have awarded NO STAR.

I ordered a tote bag and a hold all bag. I have waited a couple of weeks for these to arrive. They are awful quality with the stitching coming away, and also not the same colour as I ordered. Also no returns information provided. Definitely not hand made and AWFUL quality. AVOID this website.

Absolutely disgraceful service still haven't received my item all I get is excuse after excuse about delivery if I could of given zero stars I would have,said they where british based which was a lie keep away from this company

Extremely poor quality items. These are certainly NOT quilted. The material is cheap nasty nylon. I imagine it will go up in flames in an instant. Website clearly misleading . This is not a UK product from Leeds as I was lead to expect. DO NOT WASTE MONEY. MADE IN CHINA.

US Website (claims to be UK) looks nice and is clearly AI designed. Poor/Bad in every other respect: Cheap, poor-quality goods that do not match the webshop photos. Their policy forces you to pay international return shipping fees that make returns too expensive to be worth it. Their own sample of "reviews" look manufactured and unreal.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
The photos of the two laundry baskets I ordered are nothing like the items I received.
They are supposed to be quilted, they are not.
They are printed on cheap material, lined with cheap plastic. I certainly will not keep the one I ordered for myself, or give the other as a gift as I had planned.
Their website looks very British, cosy, with handmade goods being crafted, and shows the Union flag, implying made in UK.
Their order tracking somewhat gave it away with a tracking map of China.
They took 3 weeks to get here, instead of the 3 days promised. I was bombarded by emails (13 in total) saying they were on the way, or yet more special offers.
I have had my fingers burnt...If it looks too good to be true, it is.

Products arrived today. Not clear on the website that they come from China. Union flags posted all over the place on the website to make you believe they're made in the UK. They are NOT!
They aren't anything like the photos on the website. The laundry baskets are usable but the printed colours are bright, nothing like the subtle designs shown.
You can (allegedly) return products but they want £25 to send to China!
I'm not happy but I'll keep them as I'm not about the throw good money after bad. However, please be warned and stay clear of this bunch of rip off merchants

The laundry bag certainly did not resemble the picture when it arrived. The craftsmanship was virtually non-existent. This was exported directly from China and took an absolute age to arrive. The one star was because they kept me informed about just how long the delivery process was taking. It is a pity that there were no fire tags on the bag or else I would have given it directly to a charity shop. Avoid all costs. SCAM.

Horrendous product and won't refund despite being faulty. Fraudulant company

The quality is very poor and does not resemble the pictured item. Not made clear when ordering that the goods come from China and therefore delivery takes a long time. Very poor company. I advise against buying from them.

THIS IS A SCAM - I was totally duped into thinking this was a Leeds based company (as on the advert) when in fact it's a cheap, rubbish bag made in China. I'm so angry that I've paid good money for something not worth £5. When the item arrived it is such poor quality with webbing for handles - not like the one in the advert.

To cap it all, to return this would cost me £25 .

Complete scam - the product they send is not the item photographed on their website, and they refuse to comply with UK law and cover the cost of the return. They have repeatedly told me I will have to pay to return it to them, which is not legal when the item is not as described.

Another rubbish set of 'craft work' items from China...costly returns for refund??

This cumpany is a scam, do not order any bags from them. the bags are very poor and nothing like the handcrafted bags the advertised, they are printed canvas. Rosiecottage used to be Sarah Cambridge.they con people out of there money and when you try to get a refund you have to send the bags back to China. So do not buy these bags you will lose your money.

Just got my order it isn't anything like what they show, just tried getting a return form via email and it just keeps getting sent back to me.so now don't know how to get my money back

Interesting experience.

As said by another reviewer this company is Hong Kong based. Interestingly, checking the Hong Kong business register, the company (MARQUELLE LTD) was only registered on 17th June 2026. There appears to be a number of companies with different names that all offer identical products but I don't know if they are all related, I suspect they are even though the prices vary.

The advertising for "Rosie Cottage" clearly shows the company as GB based in Leeds, established in 2011

There is NO Rosie Cottage in Leeds (UK).

The address given (at the bottom of the Rosie Cottage web site) is in Casper, Wyoming but on street view (and with some more digging,) the address appears to be for an unrelated printing company.
The phone number on the Rosie Cottage site comes back to Phoenix, Arizona.

They are good at corresponding to emails, they are signed from "Jane" but they are all sent between 2am and 5am - Leeds/UK - I think not.

We finally got the "product" today, after waiting 3 weeks, firstly it was the wrong item and the quality is shocking, well it would be if there was any quality at all. The design is not sharp and poorly printed onto the fabric.
I can't see how to add photos to this review but if I could you would see the issues.

Don't know if I was the only one to read this as a bedding set but it isn't, there are two pillow cases and a "throw"

The company expect me to pay at least £25 to return the item for either exchange or refund but there's not a chance in Hell that I am going to throw good money after bad.
