Awful experience working with Rosewood,. They were hired to build two pergolas and replace a gate post. There were multiple issues with the work, meaning they had to return 4 times to fix errors. Several times they left without finishing and with obvious mistakes and no communication, leaving me to have to contact them to come back and rectify. They left mess and litter in my garden. Worst of all they caused several areas of damage, the most severe of which was digging through an underground cable and drainpipe leading to our septic tank. Having initially said they would fix it (for an additional cost of £450 + VAT), after 1.5 weeks it was clear they didn't have the expertise to do this so I found someone else. They have eventually reimbursed me for this cost but it took 3 months of arguments to get to this point. Very stressful experience and left with a poor quality product. Absolutely would not recommend.

Amazing transformation for my garden. One fabulous Spring clear & tidy up plus moving a couple of shrubs and 2 banana plants that were about to push up some paving. Highly recommended. Great lads working today Jason & John and I shall definitely be asking this company to put my garden to bed for the winter. Quite possibly some regular maintenance too but I like pottering & don't mind mowing my lawn. (Well grass & moss!). Still finishing front gdn, but really great workers. Thank you.

The appointment was made quickly and easily. The gardeners were there when expected and did a terrific job for a reasonable cost. They cleared up after themselves, took pride in their work and we will be using them again.

Rosewood have always responded to our requests big or small and often in a quick-turnaround time.
Their staff are courteous, they do an excellent job and leave the site clean and tidy.
From initial contact, to following the job through to completion, their admin support are always on hand to provide support.
Would definitely recommend.

I had let my back garden get overrun with brambles and overgrown shrubs for nearly a year and decided to give a local business the work to clear it.
Bottom line is I have my garden ready for Summer and look forward to planting new shrubs, flowers & hanging baskets.
Had a quote visit then a 2 day slot with reasonable pricing.
Great gardeners, punctual, hard working and friendly, did a thorough and tidy job and I shall now use them for regular maintenance.
