I would write 0 stars if I could

I would write 0 stars if I could. The clear misrepresentation and misleading photos used are shocking. I ordered some roses based off the picture shown when I selected how many I wanted, for £75+£10 delivery, I thought I’d get the picture shown, instead of got a few little stems of roses that are worth around £15-20

Disappointing servce

I have purchased beautiful roses from this company regularly for several years. Up until yesterday there has only been one incident where the delivered roses were badly damaged and the company responded immediately replacing the roses.
I had arranged for roses to be delivered for my wife’s special birthday yesterday the order made some weeks ago. On the day I received a tracking update saying they had been delivered two hours earlier. I checked the postal area and they were not there, and then the security cameras confirming they had not arrived. I contacted the company mid day to enquire as to when they would arrive and was told they would contact the courier and let me know. 4 hours later I had not had an update, called the company only to find the courier had not responded. I held whilst the staff called the courier only to be told they had been damaged. I was advised a replacement order would be sent immediately next morning. At close of business today I am yet to receive them and my emails have not been responded to and on phoning the call was not picked up and the phone message box was full. The only compensation I was offered was refund on the delivery fee. I won’t be using this company again. Absolutely disappointed in the customer service.

Don’t be fooled by fancy website scam!

Absolutely shocking company, they sent what I deemed to be very expensive flowers and chocolates on Valentines Day, in a flimsy cardboard box, where the chocolates were absolutely soaked in water from the roses, both box and roses damaged too, as they had the absurd idea of sending all of this via DPD, who chucked like box around in their van like a rugby ball! The courier had no care or attention and delivered the parcel at 100 miles an hour! Safe to say, I will never use this cheapo company again and stick to Interflora who I know will deliver beautiful flowers from a local florist with the care and attention it deserves!

Absolutely shocking quality

So disappointed and sadded by the quality and service.
Firstly the flowers got sent to the wrong address, which spoilt the suprise for our anniversary.
Once complained the delivery drive had to go back to re pick up the box which was left on the street at a property in the rain! The box looked damaged from even the delivery photo at the incorrect address.
On receiving the flowers the quality was absolutely awful. The roses were rotten and dying . The lilies were small and some also damaged.
These were a gift for our 3rd anniversary, and they were not cheap.
Absolutely shocking . Would not recommend

Poor Experience

I first used Roses Only in 2020 and was very impressed with the whole experience and the delivered product (the flowers!).

Fast forward to 2024, I placed an order. The box arrived bent/damaged. The entire contents damp and sodden. Very disappointed, will avoid this company going forward.

The service was terrible

The service was terrible. We had a special occasion and had ordered roses to be delivered on a specific date. However, they claimed they couldn't find the address (which has never happened before with other deliveries) and at the last minute, we had to hastily search for other alternatives. This ruined the special day and we cannot recommend them.

Thank you for leaving us a review. I am sorry that our courier partner was unable to find your address for delivery for this special occasion. I can see from our records that following the failed delivery we provided DPD with more detailed delivery instructions but they were unable to return to reattempt the delivery until the following day. As you needed the flowers to be delivered that day we cancelled the delivery and processed a full refund for you.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused on this occasion.

Total Scam - do not use these people !

I ordered a bunch of roses in a box and paid £48 for this . They delivered ONE ROSE !!!
When you ring the contact number it cuts you off and they do not respond to e mails .Dont fall for the same scam these people are not what they seem and dont believe the fake reviews on here praising them

Don't be fooled by their photos

Don't be fooled by their photos. What was delivered looked nothing like the photo on line. It was delivered it plain cardboard box no ribbon. It looked like garbage and was dumped at the door upside-down so all the flower heads are crushed.
Would strongly recommend people not to use this company.

My gran won 12 pink roses in a…

My gran won 12 pink roses in a competition and they were delivered yesterday. However today they are not looking great. Curling, browning and we'll looking dead. My gran is a superb gardener and knows how to look after her flowers and plants. It's a good job they were not paid for as the prize was worth £69.

Absolutely stunning!

I just received a gorgeous box of a dozen stunning red roses from Roses Only! The packaging and the roses are absolutely gorgeous and I felt like a star receiving them! Love them! Gorgeous! xx
