This is the second time I buy the serums duo. I find the products really good! I have a friend who is a beautician and she confirmed that the ingredients are good and nothing is harmful. I believe it is really amazing what this company does, we can get decent products in decent prices.

Sold out sets
I love the Rosental products, but I don’t like how I can’t purchase some sets because they’re “sold out”. It was still possible to purchase each item in the “sold out” set separately though, so the product was available. It’s not like the products come in a special box or something if you do buy a set, they’re all thrown in together. Anyway, not a big deal just a bit annoying as I didn’t get exactly what I wanted when I ordered even though the product was there…

Sorry my order from beginning of November still didn’t arrived 😩. It seems also that responding to emails takes a while. I placed a new order because I really want to test your products, but still super disappointed so far!

I haven't received the product, order tracking does not work and customer support did not reply yet.
Confirmation mail says my order is in the pack station but did not show where. Unfortunately very unprofessional and unreliable. It should be improved.

Expensive not good reviews
The product is very expensive and the reviews arent good enough, I would like to try the product but sadly I have to return it since friends of mine told me it doesn’t work at all and the consistency is too oily. :(

I am satisfied and happy finding Rosental Organic. I am 56 years old and tried a lot of moisturizers, face creme but not lucky to find the right one. Until I decided to give it a try with Rosental Organics product, have a doubt though. A big surprised from the very first set of Rosental Organics products that I ordered, my skin got better. I can feel a big difference. The itchiness, rough, dry and burning feeling from before, it´s all gone. My skin face started to feel smooth, relax, no more itchiness, no more burn feeling. Cream texture is disappointing!!
I ordered Illuminating Bb Cream. First of all, my order arrived in one month. So that’s got me thinking that they were still out of stock when they are advertising ‘it’s back in stock’. Secondly, there is no safety folie when you open it, and the consistency of the product is not well mixed. That’s why I was not so sure that I was the first one that opens the product. It’s very oily product, and unfortunately it’s not mixed well, and when you try to apply, it’s very difficult to get the cream part. Because of the oil, cream part doesn’t stick to your hand.
