Brompton Jacket
I ordered the Brompton jacket in plums/creams and it is everything I hoped- quality, soft velvety fabric, beautiful plaid on inside, fits like it was made for me. It shipped promptly and cleared customs. The packaging is beautiful floral and I received a gorgeous tote bag along with a zipper pouch that matches the jacket. I am so pleased with my order and will be placing more orders in the future.

I ordered a jacket size 2 and it arrived too big! I called the retailer and they immediately sent me the smaller size before I’d even sent the other one back- which was fabulous customer service! Jacket is very well made too. Very quick and personalised service and unique beautiful jacket- very happy!

I ordered a long coat, it arrived the very next day, beautifully packed and exactly what they said I would get, fantastic quality, well made and I am extremely happy
They also added in a cotton tote bag and a velvet coin purse, which was a surprise to receive

Prompt delivery service and when my parcel arrived, it was wrapped in the most beautiful paper decorated with roses. When I pulled the garment out of the packaging, it was also inside a rosehip tote bag. The coat itself is beautiful. I couldn’t be more delighted.

It’s a lovely product
It’s a lovely product, super colour super fabric. I love it.
The only upset was having to pay 27 euros to the customs in duty but hey ho totally worth it. It’s a very pretty jacket.

The thing I like most about Rosehip…
The thing I like most about Rosehip Design is the customer care. It feels very personal. My dress arrived promptly and there was a handwritten postcard with it which I really appreciated. When I needed to exchange the dress I spoke to Gerry and she was very friendly and helpful. In addition the dresses are beautiful and arrive in their own matching bag all contained in beautiful environmentally friendly packaging.
