I am totally disgusted with this company, I ordered what I thought was a 10kt white gold earring with moissanite stones - I happened to take it to my Jewellers and had it scanned with an RF MACHINE, it turns out the earring is actually 8.89 carat! - for the money I paid for this item its so not worth it (not even 9ct Gold), it's being returned for a refund. I advise you if you have had jewellery from these people to get it professionally checked (scanned) as all the jewellery they have made comes out of India even though they are an American Company. I paid a lot of money for an item that I thought was 10kt white Gold - only to be misled by yet another internet company that can't be trusted

Rosec makes the most beautiful piercing jewelry. I wanted a princess cut emerald stud to match a diamond stud that I had bought here and wear constantly.

Can’t fault the communication from this company from ordering to delivery. However, despite this I’m left feeling a little uneasy about the quality of the product. Despite ordering on a UK site, all the communications were from the US & the ring actually arrived from India in a homemade tin box & wrapped in muslin, sealed with candle wax! One of the prongs securing the stone is already catching as if it is not properly secured or long enough.
Having revisited the website, the cost of the ring I purchased has practically doubled in a month, so maybe I got a bargain but then again maybe not?!

I can only say that the service e and product is exceptional. I had an issue with UPS and had to sign for deliverybwhich was an issue as no one in to take receipt. The service team were responsive and helpful. Contacted UPS and items were delivered next working day to a pick up point. The product was wonderful and the documentation provided was a bonus. Well recommended for both product and service.

Rosec has been such a good company. There was a mistake on shipping and they worked with me to get this package to me. The rings were gorgeous and not only did they deliver such beautiful rings they also gave me an extra surprise. Earrings that are absolutely gorgeous. 100% this company has me as a loyal customer. My son ordered a moonstone ring for his girlfriend. There was a slight delay due to availability of the stone. It came yesterday and it was worth the wait. It is BEAUTIFUL! Wonderful craftsmanship and great customer service. I will definitely order from Rosec Jewels again.

We ordered the ring my wife has wanted for a long time - a black diamond. I'm always nervous about ordering online, but there were enough good reviews to warrant trying it. The ring arrive and was beautiful. It was exactly what she had wanted. However, less than a year later, the stone came loose. I contacted them and they told me it couldn't be returned but I could take it to a local jeweler to get it fixed and they would reimburse me $50. I took it to the jeweler, and they said it was going to be $449 to get it repaired because the prongs were not made long enough. Upon informing them of this, they changed their story and said they couldn't help at all. Unless you have a high tolerance for risk or are willing to lose $1000, I'd avoid buying from them.

Ordered the wife a 14-karat gold with emeralds eternity ring

It was a gift for our 20th wedding anniversary, the process was quick and simple and I was kept informed throughout the process

The ring itself looks well made and is very attractive to look at the wife loves it

Communication was always polite and courteous and helpful not to mention plentiful

I liked the quality of the jewelry, seeing the shipping process was quite calming for me. Having the jewels in my hand was a very good experience too. I liked that they weighed and were not hollow inside. I always recommend evaluating the jewelry size, maybe I trusted that my finger was bigger.
I would also like Rosec to redesign of the logo and the packaging to be more elegant or high end as their products, but apart from that everything was perfect.
